The presentation was excellent and very informative. All questions were answered and we were given more information than we could have asked.

Marqus came to our house to do the water test and demonstrate the water quality. It really helped me understand how hard and how much chloride in the water. He explained all the options for the water filter system patiently. Will definitely recommend their service!

We have had our water system with AAA for many years. The service is always the best. They show up on time, send you a picture of the technician before he arrives.

Just completed the yearly maintenance services. Technician reached within the scheduled window and explain it well. He took care of cleaning up everything including water etc.

Oscar was excellent and made sure to do the job properly and professionally. He was also knowledgeable and helped answer any questions related to the RO or Softner.

I would like to give a big Thank You to Seth Stephenson who came to my home and introduced me to Kinetico by AAA Water Systems. A few weeks prior to calling Seth I had already committed to ECOWATER systems from COSTCO however since their installation was pushed to late June I had some time for more research.

Thank goodness I did as my neighbor mentioned about the Kinetico Softner and RO from AAA Water Systems. My neighbor mentioned that they had their Kinetico softner and RO for 10 years and were still loving it. My main concerns were reliability, warranty, and the cost of maintenance. When Seth came and did his presentation he was very honest with me and knowledgeable. He was not trying to make a quick sell or steer me away from ECOWATER by bad mouthing them. However everything he explained seemed to have more PROs Vs. CONs when comparing it to the ECOWATER Systems.

I was really impressed with Seths professionalism and how he eased all of my concerns with the maintenance and reliability of both the Kinetico Softner & RO. Since the install was complete I had a few minor issues but Seth was there for me checking up and making sure everything was being taken care of. He would call me regularly and even off work hours to handle the issues by placing calls and sending the right team members to fix the issues. With his dedicated service and how he treated me I would gladly recommend him and Kinetico by AAA Water Systems to all my family and friends.
