I came here for remove & replace negative ground cable.they are very nice with warm service and reasonable price.

I needed to have my water pump replaced and they did a fantastic job which I appreciate because when everyone was being high priced they came through for me and if anything else go wrong on my car I’ll be going back to them cause they are trustworthy.

The service was excellent and James and CJ were very helpful and very friendly. Their customer service is excellent. So far my car is still running. I will go back there if (hopefully not) my car has any repairs needed.

After coming back and actually talking too Marly and getting POV of the shop and seeing marly is really the only person in the office taking phone calls, helping customers, assisting the technicians etc this shop isn't bad at all. Marly was very attentive and informing on what was going on with my car. Before I I took my car in it was making a bad humming noise from the pulleys my power steering system was bad and my radiator was leaking and they repaired it all in the same day! My car runs great and sounds way better I really appreciate Marly and her team.

Will never take my car back there. They do not know how to work on Ford transmission and can be rude.wish I was informed of there auto tec that can't even ride a motorcycle or work on cars

2016 Hyundai Santa Fe went in for a transmission diagnosis, and engine maintenance. When we went to pick it up the ENGINE WAS BLOWN, and had 44 additional miles on the ODO. James claims it was NOT his fault but the fault of the company that they sent the car to for work to be done! 6 months later we completed the court case which found Aamco LIABLE for the engine damage. They have have not paid the claim and did not appeal the verdict. The Bureau of Automotive Repair investigated and wrote them a Violation for False and Misleading Statements in regards to this case. The courts have ruled, BAR has investigated and issued citations, and James Villamante and Aamco still refuse to pay the judgement. Beware using this franchise, and double check their licensing and Franchise Board Tax status as their Corporation Status had been REVOKED when we dealt with them and they tried to claim they were owned by a shell corporation in Wyoming. Check other review sites that are less likely to be manipulated.

Additionally, they do NOT have the money to pay out as they have asked the court if they could make payments for a year! So they blow our engine, and we are supposed to wait almost 2 years before we can get what is owed to get our vehicle back. Apparently THEY DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE as this should be paid by there garage keepers insurance. RUN FAR FAR AWAY before turning your car over to this company as they DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO FIX WHAT THEY DESTROY.

They are doing what they can to help me there even dealing with my insurance company that's trying to do me dirty

I take my car in for routine maintenance. The owner James and his team provides awesome customer service and great car care. They not only care about your car they care about their customers. I have come to know this team to be accommodating, knowledgeable with great communication while providing quick and friendly service. If you are looking for automotive professionals that offer total car care with good service and excellent staff I highly recommend James and his team.

Over priced labor. Long turn around time for vehicle. Most likely because the labor by hour rate

We had a terrible experience at Wheel Works. They misdiagnosed my wife's car, charged us and never fixed the problem. James @ AAMCO was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process
He phoned me before and after the diagnostic was completed. He explained parts, labor, tax and final price. We also know that Nissan parts are warrantied for a year. We are telling everyone to use AAMCO.
P. S.the mechanics in the shop were courteous also. I needed guidance prior to speaking with James. Kudos to the whole team.

I like AAMCo based on my experience, they are my long time repair shop. They always did a good job on my car whatever problems i had in my car, they keep on trying to solve it especially the Manager and Kaye. I like Kaye, she's nice, good person and knows how to deal with the customers.
I always recommend them with my friends because of their quality of work and reasonable price.

This place gives the best service. Both Kay and James are very honest people. I felt I really got the best deal in town

We took my sons car, which had been badly repaired, by another Aamco, for warranty work.
Kim greatly helped us out to diagnose and rectify the problems with the other Aamco shop.
They were wonderful.

They have great Customer Service and that's hard to find especially at a mechanic shop. They told me the truth and that's what matters. Honesty.

The woman that helped me in the office, Kay I believe her name was, was wonderful and so helpful even when a small error was made she went above and beyond to help me out and get me on my way as quickly as possible! Her kindness and help is why I will recommend this service center.

It felt like a small business, but with a big price. I will go there again. Although I will be looking at other places.
