Pretty good service, and reasonably quick too.

My car's transmission had to be rebuilt, and they managed to get it done in under a week. It was not cheap, but I would not call the price unreasonable either.

The lady at the front desk was exceedingly professional, friendly, helpful. She called me back several times to give me updates on the repair progress.

I had just bought a used car 2005 Honda pilot and since I bought it used I wanted to get it checked out took it to one place they found the transmission was going out so they seen me as a quick buck and quoted me an outrageous price! Upset and angry! So I went and got my car back wondering what I was going to do. I ended up doing what everyone does I started googling and happened to find amco (transmission masters) lol and I took it to them and Prisma went above and beyond update after update she was on it I felt safe with my car in her/amco hands. If you go there ask for Prisma she will go to bat for you!

Prisma was very helpful and friendly with the tune up with my Nissan sentra. Provided very helpful information and my car was finished on the same day. Great Job

Great customer service and they helped me with my transmission issue on my 2016 BMW 535i. Prisma help fit me into the busy schedule they had to help with my transmission problems. I appreciate the help and excellent customer service I will definitely come back for all my transmission issues.

Had to replace Struts on the driver side. I was asked to wait or I can go home leaving my car there and I will be contacted once inspected. Prisma called me in about an hour and said, team at AAMCO Suggested its better to replace Struts as a pair and I Accepted. I was told they had to order parts which will be received next day and job will be done by end of day next day. Prisma is so friendly and prompt in communicating the progress and next steps. She called me in the morning next day, said parts arrived and car can be ready by Evening 5PM. But they were so quick to finish and I received call from Prisma by Lunch saying that my car is ready for a pick up. Charges were very reasonable and I was so happy with their professional approach and Friendly Service. Would suggest and refer my Friends for sure. I had my car towed to their shop for a transmission issue. Prisma gave me exceptional customer service. She always had a great attitude and willingness to help me even through a difficult situation. My experience with Prisma was top notch and she is amazing!

Traveled from Phoenix to Disneyland with my son and his young family and had transmission overheating issues about half way there. I slowly limped the rest of the way.it was Saturday evening so I met Prisma at the door first thing monday morning. She could tell I was panicing becaue I need to head home the next day. She listen to everything I said (she remembered ever detail). I left the car with her. She call me multiple times to give me updates because she knew I was stressed.the final call that day was to assure me that the car would be done first thing in the morning.true to her word they finished up and had me safely on the road the next moring. My family and I got back to Phoenix with no issues. The work was professional and thier overall care for thier customers was outstanding

I recently began usimg Aamco as my go to auto service provider. My job requires alot of driving which turns into alot of maintenance, I have utilized many many repair shops. Each one providing more headaches, I recently purchased a used car and through the purchasing company there was a 30 day engine and transmission guarantee. Well after 2 days the transmission failed the company did honor their in house guarantee but after a month when I finamly got the vehicle back I saw it was leaking transmission fluid. I let the location know that I would be taking it to Aamco for a check up and an oil change they expressed their concern and stated well they are going to say anything to get more business so if thats the case sell us the vehicle back. Well it was the complete opposite I went in spoke with Prisma who has always been so courteous and honest she worked her magic to get me in and within a few hours had some information for me. The honesty they displayed goes above and beyond she explained that the other car shop actually did do a good job and what I was seeing was simply from an overflow of transmission fluid which can happen when they are being replaced. She also stated that they road tested and ran it on their machines and everything was in great condition further more she said that although I requested an oil my vehicle did not require it as my oil looked fresh and as it had recently been serviced. So there was no need to charge for something I did not require. I am very glad I have made this my go to location after being burned plenty of times its good to find honesty out there.

WATCH OUT THIS SHOP. I took my truck for a diagnostic they lied to me and tried to say I needed a lot of repairs and gave me a very insane estimate wanted 3400 to rebuild my rear end took it to another shop and fixed for 800 with warranty. I've dealt with other aamco shops very professional this shop is scandalous trust me go to another aamco don't trust this location. They are independently owned watch out for this location

I had a problem with my starter and flywheel on my Chevy Blazer. AAMCO did an amazing job on the repair. Prisma was exceptional throughout the entire process and kept me updated daily on the progress and what I should expect. Prisma made the experience better than I could have hoped for.

Prisma Was very helpful with my Honda Civic 2015 took it in for tire rods and alignment before car had no issues and got the starter and intake tube replaced. Very friendly, respectful, when they say something they mean it.

Customer service was great. Prisma kept me updated and did her very best to help me in a very difficult time. Definitely would recommend them.

Outrageously over priced for doing very little. $2140.00 for finding a leak that just turned out to be connected to rear of engine and oil pan.total RIP off.

The girl in the office was amazing. She has really good customer service and knows how to take care of their clients! I will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone I know!

Had transmission rebuild. About 1 month later transmission seal separated. Towed car back to AAMCO and they honored the warranty and repaired my vehicle. Despite the high work volume they were experiencing they still returned my car within a reasonable time. Presma (I hope I spelled right) the Service intake is very well versed and professional. She was very friendly and well composed dealing with multiple customers greeting and answering phones. 100%. Great customer service.
