4They had to fire the guy that did not put any transmission fluid in the truck, but they covered the replacement no problem and said sorry for this I told them sometime a customer has to have a hard time so you can remove some bad apples from work place, I know stuff like this can happen so I was not mad just disappointed I could not drive my truck, but they do great work good group of guys.
I took my 1989 420SEL Mercedes for alternator change, I picked it up the following day, The carpet was shampoo two weeks ago but these guys messed up really good with their.dirty and oily shoes. There are heavy black stain marks.
IF YOU HAVE CLEAN & LIGHT COLOR CARPET, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO.
So I thought my carborator busted and I brought it here. Not only was that not the case but the customer service was wonderful! He told me it was my Ac that had busted anyways… dealt with the issue from start to finish and including my extended warranty. Will definitely be coming back for more business. Thank you for being honesty and such great customer service
