Well let me say who ever is giving 5 stars to this place has been brainwashed. Rick is a poor excuse of a human being and should have never been given that so called manager position. I have seen how he has treated people, he knows how to scam you or your hard earned money and will find a way to upsell you for things that are not necessary there are other places in the city that are way more professional and honest that this place, be warned and do your research don't waste you money there.

Rick is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the first time I am using their services. I have a Ford Flex 2011 which had about 125K miles on it. They did a detailed diagnosis and told me what is wrong. They were able to fix the problem. I am quite satisfied with their services.
