John is the finest example of outstanding customer service. I learned from another mechanic that my 2014 Ford Focus needed a new transmission. It was strongly implied that I should get rid of the car and buy a new one. After my sticker shock at the dealerships, I decided to get a second opinion. I called a few places for quotes; it was no surprise the Ford dealership came back over $2K more. When I called AAMCO, John explained the importance of bringing it in so they can have a look for themselves. It was confirmed that I needed a new transmission. John tried to find a used one, all along explaining next steps and preparing me for what could happen. Due to inflated prices, a used transmission was too expensive. I was quoted the price of a Ford factory new transmission (w/warranty) and calculated my expenses for a transmission verses a new car. When I saw the savings over the next few years it was a no brainer. John was more than an auto mechanic manager; he offered sought-after advice and I felt he was looking out for my best interest. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and trustworthy. He went above and beyond during the entire process. I could not be more pleased all thanks to him.

I have a 2012 nissam versa that the transmission blew up on and took it to aamco and they went above and beyond to make sure car got fixed took a little longer but was super commicative the whole time and kept apologizing for the time I couldn't be happier to have my car back running like new the people down there are the best
