Oscar was my service tech and he was very diligent in communicating with me every step of the way and addressed all my questions and concerns. My Jeep was serviced in a timely manner! I will definitely continue to take my Jeep to Aaron Jeep dealer!

1. Misleading inspection + High cost replacing those parts are still working properly
2. Service manager want to manipulate the review with some tiny cheese

I have visted this store many time in the past years. Everything went well until I meet Oscar. It was horrible nightmare!
After 1 day inspection, Oscar told me the issue was caused by complicated cable issue and misc issue. But he recommand me to have replacement of whole light component which will be $2000 plus labor. Honestly, I dont understand why they have to replace the whole back light components. Most of my friends doubted the accuracy of the inspection. I even checked this out with another Auto Repair store and got totally different report. The another Auto Repair, They did the inspection + quick fix in 30 mins. After replacing the connector the tail light start to work properly. The Auto Mechanic mentioned this dealer mislead me to replace the parts which is working properly with extremely high cost. The another auto repair charged me about $100. Inspecting one day long and still providing wrong+useless inspection report. Is this the best Aaron CDJR can do? Let's get back to Oscar. Oscar is very disrespectful, he did not explain the main issue. In the call, he even said when you come to store, you can read your report by yourself. He just tried to make you pay the high amount repair fee. Oscar is even asking me rate him 5 star after service. What a ridiculous experience. I even have to double confirmed the recall result by myself. I am so disappointed! I even got contacted by the service manager. He even mis-spell my name. What a shame. He did not provide workable solution. The only thing service manager wanted to do is making me change the review with some special offers. Pure manipulation at all. I think it is an good example of how to manipulate rate/review in Google. Guys, please don’t come to this dealer. It is a waste of your penny!

I was very appreciative of Oscar‘s professionalism. He checked me in as soon as I arrived, and my vehicle was completed within minutes of his estimation. He was super helpful and made himself available if I had any questions, concerns, or needs.

This dealer is trying to steal money from the customer. Our lease is ending soon, so we are trying to buy off the vehicle through this Aaron Chrysler dealer. They tried to charge me a $2,800 service fee because I buy off the vehicle through them. I didn't want to pay for it because there should be no any other fee except the residual per the lease agreement. After they realized that they couldn't make the money from the buy-off, they told me that I couldn't be able to buy off the vehicle because I'm not the owner of the company. I do bring the signed authorization letter from the owner and all related company document which the Aaron Chrysler dealer told me to prepare before the appointment. The problem is why you did tell me to bring these document including the authorization letter if I'm not able to buy it off, and why you didn't tell me about this until I rejected to pay for the additional $2800 "service charge"? It is not the correct way for doing business. If you are trying to make money from customers that you're not suppose to, it won't be sustainable.

I worked with Elijah and he was very professional and helpful. The team is willing to negotiate with me and help me hit the numbers I wanted to pay for the car. Went to several other dealerships that just ended up wasting my time. Had a very positive experience with Aaron Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram

Very friendly staff, the car buying process was easy and they helped me cut a deal that worked with my finance situation. Only thing I was not expecting was after the purchase they told me there was only 1 key fob for the used vehicle I had just purchased. I would have given them 5 stars had this was mentioned to me before purchasing. I guess the previous owner didn’t provide that to them but a little notice would have been appreciated, in case they encounter this situation again. Otherwise, my experience was good. My salesperson was Elijah.

Lorena in service went above and beyond on my visit this weekend for service on my ram 3500. She even followed up with me on my cracked windshield and gave me exact details on how to go about fixing it through my warranty. Thanks again definitely going back.

Amazing service from Nathan and the team there. I will be now taking my dodge vehicles to this establishment because common customer service doesn’t seem to exist these days. Really happy with the communication and service.

Customer service is good, but wait times need to improve. Also cleanliness needs to improve drastically. My steering wheel and door handles are always left REALLY greasy.

I have been working with Aaron Chrysler for a few years now. A friend of mine had introduced me to Max in the service department when I was having issues with my truck and the dealership I had been going to for years was giving me a hard time regarding a warranty issue I had. Max not only went through and got my truck fixed, he got it done about 3 or 4 days ahead of schedule! The only reason why I no longer have that truck is because I traded it in for a new one. When that truck need its first oil change, I foolishly took it to Moss because they were closer to where I worked at the time. Well the guy at Moss who had changed my oil was apparently absent on oil filter day because 2 months later when my truck started leaking oil.yup, didn't check for the old gasket and even tightened down the new oil filter so hard that it smashed the new gasket into the old gasket causing them both to bulge out in multiple places. Then after dealing with the horrible Service Manager who came out acting all big and tough because nobody was going to bad mouth his Service Department. I REFUSE to go anywhere else! I live all the way in Redlands and this is the 2nd time I've written a review on Aaron Chrysler. Working with Max on all 3 of my Mopar vehicles has been nothing short of AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend Max at Aaron Chrysler because he is on top of his client's vehicles and does everything he can to be honest, caring, and thorough for every one of his customers.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I was forced to buy vendor packages with the statement it is the way they keep their prices down. I wanted the car so I had no choice. I waited for hours and hours as they tried to figure out how to install these vendor packages (like an electronic license plate). Also waited cause finance couldn't figure out how to use their computer system. He was new and the system was new, but there was no one to help him. Also received a due bill to have scratches fixed by their service department. Also told them the power steering wheel adjuster and the am/FM antenna are not working. Was told service would call me to schedule an appointment. 3 months later, still no call and no appointment. Called my sales person and now he recommends I go to my local Chrysler dealer to get them fixed, even though AARON sold me the car. What a joke. Just overall bad experience here. Would recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership
