I walked into the store and had to turn around and walk right out. It smelled like someone poured a bottle of the world's worst smelling perfume all over. I started having an asthma attack. I will never go back again.
So after the review I just posted on Saturday and them being closed on Sunday I call today and they say hello and I asked to talk to the Red Bluff store and trying to express my concern about the person I spoke with at the Redding store, named Joe, the lady transfers me and then decides to hang up on me. Her name is like Blanca or Bianka very rude. I’m just not sure why the Redding is deciding to treat their customers this way this way?
Horrible.they'll come knocking on your door after a few days late payment. Not even passed grace period they'll be at your door with box truck. Twice they've been at my door. For 80 bucks! ZERO stars! Thank goodness I'm done with aarons furniture.
I am very pleased with the beautiful TV stand that I received from Aarons. The two delivery men were excellent and very careful in bringing it into my mobile home. They both checked over the TV stand and corrected any problems there were (which was small).

I've used Aaron's a few times. They make things super easy and convenient. Just a fyi if you're gonna be late on a payment just CALL them and let them know!
If I could I would give 0 stars the manager is no good very rude they try to get over on you when your not satisfied with what u got they try and say they won't take it back but in contract you have to he told me that he don't know if I didn't do WWE on it they finally picked up went back in excellent condition it was just made poorly cushions going flat and on lounger side it sunk in I will never ever do business with them again
