HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - We ordered solid oak door cost $$$. They were LATE and the door was DEFECTIVE. I believe this is a QC problem because the door is UN-STRAIGHT so it leave a gap since the first day we had it installed. We filed claim immediately.

Emailed claim form with various photo evidences to SONIKA CHANDRA, she did not address our issue, do not even bother to type anything back - just reply with a standard claim terms and condition.

With various online door company on the internet, I would never order from them ever again. Customer should NEVER be treated poorly - especially when you have ship late and ship defective product.

Our claim was denied because they said the door was facing the sun. We countered back "are you telling me that the fact the door leaves a gap / hole on DAY ONE is caused by sun damage? "

On the other hand, Christina and Tessa (Sales Manager) were good and professional when took our order in.

Brutal. One of our doors arrived damaged. They are replacing it. It's been 5 months and still no new door. Maybe it's out of their hands but the reason why I am writing this review is because what IS in their hands is customer service (Communication). Simply going dark and not responding to emails is not a great way to run and/or stay in business. If I was the owner I would make sure all emails/phone calls/etc are answered within 2 hours tops, again that's not hard. All customers are looking for is response. Even if the response is "We are still waiting and hopefully we'll have something soon". But no, we don't even get that. We get nothing. I would order from someone else.

Been buying doors here for various projects over the last 2 years. Customer service is horrendous. Rude. Mess orders up constantly. Quality of doors are not good.
