Abbeygail Jiongco, San Diego CA

After randomly being assigned to this practice, I was pleasantly surprised with their level of service. They worked with me while I went through a complicated insurance change and were able to reschedule me very quickly. Abbeygail Jionco is a knowledgeable practitioner who takes the time to listen and respond with intelligent feedback/suggestions/referrals. I highly recommend this practice for general care!

For those trying to book an appointment with this office, be cognizant of their patient intake and scheduling practices.

Ahead of the appointment, the office asked me to fill out my medical information in their online portal (which I did) and called and emailed 6 times over the course of 2 weeks to make sure I was coming for the appointment and that I filled out the online form.

Upon arrival, they asked again if I filled out the form, which I did, and which they had access to, but then they also said there was also a paper form that they mailed to me - one that I never received.

I started filling out their paper form, which I noticed contained the same questions as the online form. When I went up to share this with them, they said they had to re-schedule my appointment. I opted to not re-schedule at all, given the overall experience with intake.

I have read that Abbeygail Jiongco is a great medical practitioner, but I unfortunately will not get to meet with her given the stressful and over-complicated intake experience. So, if you're scheduling with this office, be aware of all these components ahead of time.
