The service manager Anders and the team at ABC have always provided honest and reliable feedback on my automotive issues. Where other shops have glossed over important details and only left me with the impression that they've done a good job, ABC has provided a much more thorough explanation of what is needed and why. They are a busy shop due to the high demand on their top notch services, but it is worth the wait to have such a trustworthy business partner when it comes to the importance of having a reliable vehicle on the California roadways.

I'm have been a customer since 2020, but the changes in ownership and/or takeover from another business had me second guess. The one thing that turned me off was that in April 2023 I had my leaking oil done costed $2800, but I kept smelling the burning smoke. Then in August 2023 I couldn't stand it anymore and brought it in for another check, they claimed to find another leak that is going to cost $7000 to fix. So this time, I decide to seek my auto service elsewhere.

I live about 30 miles away but was so impressed with comments about their service I decided to take my car to them. I needed an oil change. The inspected my car, changed the oil and related services and rotated my tires. They noticed some "cupping" on the tires and suggested that we watch the tires to see if I would need an alignment in the future. The service was prompt, professional and courteous. I will return for other service when necessary.

Our AC problem was fixed very quickly for how much needed to be done, was a reasonable cost, and they kept me informed from the diagnostic to the fix and costs. The car was delivered when they estimated the fix to be done. Can’t ask for more.

I have a very old bmw that is a classic, it is difficult to sustain at peak performance. They always do! They know what they are doing and repairs are made top notch & efficiently. I will only go to ABC.

Anders is the most helpful, straight forward, reasonably priced mechanic I have ever experienced. I will never go anyplace else again.

ABC Auto Care is my preferred auto shop and has been for years. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and provide all-around excellent service. They truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them!

Great people and a great place for auto repairs. So far I have only had an inspection and estimate of my issue, but it was without issues. The offer great advice and there was no pressure on any up sell, or anything. They provided a clear written estimate and suggested what should be done first and made themselves available for any questions, concerns, etc. Thanks, Anders. I just wish the cost (or even a portion of it) could be applicable to the repair work.

Trust but verify.

Had oil change, transmission fluid change, coolant flush, and serpentine belt replaced.

Few days later I popped the hood to inspect the work performed. Oil on dip stick was at low. Called and ABC took care of it which I appreciate.

May not be bad to take pictures post repair to prove to your customers and yourself that the work was done properly.

I'll be back but definitely a bit disappointed that a basic oil change was not completed properly.

Hope the transmission fluid was filled properly

I cannot imagine any car mechanics doing more to help me, multiple times and in multiple ways! They have diagnosed my car problems quickly and fixed then efficiently at the best price around. The have been so honest and helpful in diagnosing a loose tube to my battery and not even charging me for that easy fix, after I had been told I needed a new alternator, erroneously.

I have never appreciated a business more, as they went out of their way for me several times now and have helped me so much! Out of the kindness of their hearts, they made several extra calls to smooth out hassles with my National General/ESURANCE delays and deal with multiple annoyances for me. The owner himself, Lee, made a point of dropping everything to help me. He also helped me by driving my car home for me!

Staff was professional, and notified me of any additional issues and associated charges. I’d use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

ABC SERVICE IS SO AWESOME N HELPFUL N MANY WAYS. THEY TAKE PRIDE N SERVICING THEIR COSTOMERS N MAKING SURE THINGS ARE COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD. IM A SENOIRS N THEY DONT MINE N SHOW MORE TENTIVE TO US SENIOR CITIZENS ON A FIX INCOME N DISABLE TOO. IM SO GLAD I HAVE HAD FOUND THIS COMPANY TOO. I WILL USE THEM FOR FUTURE SERVICES.

Excellent troubleshooting to verify the DEF pump on my 2017 Ram had failed. Issac kept me informed and provided a detailed courtesy inspection.

Our first time utilizing this shop. Anders gave us confidence in how they will care for our vehicles, and us, so much so we know this is our shop going forward. Update two years later: still excellent service from Anders. Really appreciate him and ABC.
