I own a roofing company, we are new in business, and decided to use ABC Supply store for our roofing jobs from the Bay Area to the Central Valley. This was a great decision until a recent encounter with what seemed to be the owner of this specific ABC Supply Store in Fresno, or if not the owner, than maybe a manager. He came into our job site and attempted to take back some material that was promised to us for free as a result of a mix up on material delivery the day prior that cost us money. The “owner” or “manager” that came to our job site, yelled and cursed at our foreman and disrespected our entire crew by referring to us as thiefs and low life’s. He then proceeded to call the police on us because our foreman refused to let him take the material from our property (our dump truck). When the police arrived and we gave them the facts they sided with us in our favor. When the police left, this “manager” or “owner” flipped us off, cursed screaming and drove off in his WHITE JEEP cursing and holding up his middle finger. This is completely unacceptable, what kind of supply store employs such an individual? Where is the customer service to the hard working contractors that keep these stores in business? We will be taking legal action for this individual jeopardizing our clientele and nearly ruining our reputation. We are a new company and work hard to deliver the best service. This “manager” or “owner” made us look bad in front of our customers, and could have cost us hard earned business! DO NOT shop here! Take your business elsewhere. I already found plenty of supply stores in Fresno that I will be taking our $200,000 worth of business per MONTH to.
