Doesn’t deliver to the house, drops it off at the street. Tries to drop off garbage pallet with it. All while I have a broken foot and can’t do it either

I ship 150 LTL a month and use 7 or 8 different carriers. ABF has consistently proven themselves to be a highly dependable shipper. Great service, minimal damage. I also like that their website is modern and detailed yet easy to use. They've earned the majority of my business.

Update 6/29/2021; I can no longer trust ABF. To cut costs they now move a lot of their freight by rail. Even short hauls. This has caused major transit time issues. What is quoted as a 3 day transit will actually be 6 days. They used to be a quality carrier but now your better off using cheaper LTL options since ABF service is no longer quality.

Update 3/16/2022 ; they just keep getting worse. Once a top carrier but now they are worst than most.

Horrible service and worse customer service. All of our stuff inside the cube are DESTROYED and they don’t take any responsibility. DONOT USE ABF

Have no respect or an idea of what expected delivery date means. Have been delayed by over 3x what was originally quoted. Word of advice? Don't plan anything at all around their quoted dates, they will screw you

Still haven't received my order that was scheduled for August 9th. Called the company, they needed to 'look' for it and would call back, never did. Still trying to get through to them. Very poor customer service.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. They give you time window between 8-6 and expect you to wait for them! I understand 2 hour time window but not the whole day!
Michelle was very unprofessional and rude.
Highly recommend not choosing them

One of the worst companies to use. I am going to call Lowes and complain about their timeline. My item was shipped on 3rd of July and their Web Site said, it would be delivered on Friday the 10th. On 9th afternoon, I get a call and they say the shipment is delayed and it will be delivered on Monday. When I point out that this is an AC system and I had scheduled for workers to come on Saturday to install it, the company says it is not responsible. Is it too much to ask the company to stick to its own Schedule?

Our shipment left Tacoma, WA last Tuesday and 8 days later we are still waiting for it. We should have had it last Friday. Our shop is waiting to run several orders, but can't without this shipment. Apparently there wasn't room on the truck yesterday for the small pallet. Today they sat they have an appointment between 9 and 4, problem is they set that appointment without calling and our receiving closes at 2. Our supplier will not use ABF again when shipping to us. Based on past experience this shipment has been on the dock a few miles away since last Thursday.

Ordered building materials and vendor shipped via ABF Freight. Due date was 1/16/19, got a call from local office that delivery would be betwean 9 and 1. So took time off and scheduled contractor to come in. On 1/15 around 5pm they called and said there's a delay and it will be Friday - same time. Switched time off, contractor, now time off for Friday 1/17. No calls Thursday night, sitting home and around 10 am they call again, no delivery until Monday 1/10. MAYBE, if they feel like it and decide to load this shipment. So i am sitting here's wasting time off and they do not care at all, no refund, no apologies, NOTHING like they are GOD and we just have to take whatever they dish out. Contacting corp office and shipper, to get at least a partial refund! AVOID these people at all costs if you can!
