Kudos to all the people that works there, they come to your car to do all the paperwork, take care of your pet, and you're done!
A little pricey for my budget but I would go back any time, I mean if my pet needs it.

Dr Citak is an awesome old country doctor.
I respect him and his opinion highly.
They might streamline the covid process and waiting time by taking group appointments by the hour, with three scheduled and one overflow. This would reduce the time patients have to wait in the parking lot.

Very unorganized special parking lot they accept walk ins but you have to wait hours they need to work in organization

The staff and vetenary very friendly. They took good care of my onyx kitty. They even called me a few days later to follow-up to see how my cat was doing. They really care. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here or your other pets.

Excellent honest staff! My baby pug was depleting and lost his appetite. He was back to normal the same night of the visit.

The Doctor and staff treated my baby misty blue well. I recommend this vet to everyone. The prices are reasonable, very inexpensive. The checkup is 30 and they break down any treatment and medication needed.

My cat died of congestive heart failure 9 hours after being misdiagnosed and mistreated by the Vet here. When we told the ER Vet that he’d been to this clinic, they rushed him as a priority but it was too late. If he’d spent more time looking after him instead of telling stories, maybe I’d still have my baby. If you love your pet, take them somewhere else.

My little BUD had his little marbles taken out after I had him for over a year. He will be 3 yrs old May 13th.staff was exceptional and their office is CLEAN!

Awesome the veterinarian is awesome and very caring I raised a blind puppy from birth and he helped me with everything thank you!

They don't treat exotic pets anymore! My poor bunny is sick. He has seen her before but now I just got turned away. Only place that takes rabbits is a pet hospital.

Staff are okay, the doctor never introduces himself and does a quick check up. Thought they would of help me solve my issue by having other alternatives. Probaly won't be coming back.

Great location, amazing low rates, and the doctor and staff are awesome and genuinely put the pets and owners first. My cats and I highly recommend!

No appointment, just come in. But sometimes there is a very long wait. They are open from 9am to 2pm on weekdays and also from 6pm to 9pm on some weekdays. Also open on weekends but I don't remember what times.

If you have an exotic pet this is the place to go! I live in Azusa, with traffic it takes me anywhere from an hour to and hour and a half so its definitely worth the drive. I found out about this place about 3 years ago by yelping exotic pet vets, this place came up so I decided to give it a try and they did not disappoint. I have been here on the weekends and during the week. The times I have visited have been in the morning. My bunny was acting funny late at night so I was little worried, I knew they were closed so i decided to search up a pet hospital that treat exotics, i found a couple of them. They were all a disappointment, every hospital I called were charging me about $300 for a check up, plus anything else my bunny needed. Some places had ridiculous prices. One place was charging $5000 to keep him over night. So i decided to wait until they opened, as soon as they opened they took me in, they didn't make me wait at all. The vet came in did a thorough examination, part of the reason I like coming here, aside from the examination the vet tells you all these funny stories and jokes BONUS POINTS. My bunny was fine nothing wrong with him. The best part was I didn't get overcharged! How much did I pay? $40. That's right 40 freaking bucks and THE BEST PART that price was with a NAIL TRIM. Im sure this is the price for small pets but I honestly doubt it would a crazy amount for larger pets. I love Above and Beyond Pets. Definitely have to check it out, if you want people that care about your pet and a vet that is funny, then you wont be disappointed.

Dr Citek, no bedside manner, but it is great to go to someone who actually cares for your pet, and a very reasonable price for the care of your pet!

I've got to say I've been coming here for many years and the Dr don't change he's the best vet I've ever known, and his staff is awesome as well if u want to feel Like you're in a safe place id recommend him.
Over 11 years I've known about this clinic and I wouldn't recommend any better than this one he's actually a vet who loves pets I could keep going talking about how Good this place is but you have to see it yourself. Very good vet and truly recommend him.

I made an appointment at 06: 30pm. Almost 7: 30 and still waiting. What is the point of making an appointment? I was out at 8: 30 when my appointment was at 6: 30.
