Jared came out for a water heater flush and inspection. I called on Tuesday and they scheduled a visit on Wednesday morning. Jared was prompt, communicative, professional, thorough, and friendly. He discovered some issues and walked me through a thorough rundown of my options, showed me in detail where the issues were, and helped me understand the plumbing and water systems in my home better.

I have had great experiences with ABT overall, and I trust them to do reliable, professional work. They are certainly not the least expensive option in town, but you get what you pay for.

As a homeowner without the experience to know what’s going on when there is a major home systems issue, I trust ABT to diagnose and remedy these systems. I will continue to call them first when I am having issues as they have earned my trust over and over again!

My service tech, Wen was rated 5 star because he stuck with the problem until it was fixed. I purchased a new tiny home from Champion homes but the hot water heater had a water leak at the electrical connection for the heating element. Wen ordered a new element and expedited pickup and installation. I am happy because I now have hot water! Thankyou Wen.

Had a plumbing/septic issue and called ABT. Receptionist was helpful and friendly and sent someone within 2 hours.
Elijah was quick to find and fix the issue and explained everything clearly. Also gave me some hints to avoid future issues.

Wen went above and beyond to ensure that my hot water tank was up to code. This included adding 20 feet of copper pipe to ensure that the overflow was not in my garage.

ABT's technician Jared Hutchison came out this morning to diagnose a plumbing issue in our house. He impressed us completely: he was smart, quick, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, clean, and completely fair (a rare quality these days). I thank ABT for hiring him. I just wish ABT had an office right here in Nevada City!

Jared came to my property and I showed him here the leak was and what I had dug out. He assessed thsituation. Explained what was needed and proceeded to do the task. Once he had located the cracked fitting he told me he would do. Once glued he went town to get a bag of sand he didn’t hv any. He was gone for awhile came back and completed the job. ABT was responsive and was able to send someone out fast. I appreciated their efficiency.
