I was involved in a horrific car accident and the staff at this business were so caring and concerned and communicated every step of the way from when the car was received by them and time frame for estimate for auto review for repair to the phone call that it was a total loss. I live in Phoenix and work in San Diego so I had no idea where to have the car towed to. This location was recommended by insurance company and I am truly blessed that they chose this body shop.
