AC Hotel by Marriott San Francisco Airport/Oyster Point Waterfront, South San Francisco CA

The best part was the restaurant. We ate here four times. Everything we had was delicious.

There is an airport next to it, so the location is not very good. However, each room has air conditioning and the service is very nice

What a nice hotel and experience. Attentive supportive staff, clean and modern rooms with a pleasant view. And a legitimate breakfast off a menu.such a rarity nowadays

Stopped for an appetizer and a glass of wine. Great service and ambience. Highly recommended!

I prepaid my 4 night stay. Upon checking in they let me know that there is a charge of $18 a day for parking.
I booked through Hotwire and there was no mention of any parking fees.
When I got up to my room I noticed they charged my card $400 for a deposit.

Unbelievable. I have stayed at the Hilton and other really nice hotels by SFO and never was charged parking or a $400 deposit.
They aren’t even nice or apologetic about it.

Food was good, No spa or Hot Tub, and pool was small and rather cold as far as indoor pools go. Still paid for parking too, which was hard to find.

+ Rooms are new and modern
+ Welcoming and respectful staff
- Hard to find a parking spot
- Bedsheets and pillow cases are old and wrinkled
- Horrible sound isolation: you can hear coughs and alarm clocks from rooms across the hallway.
- Shampoo, conditioner bottles can be opened and are refillable: this is unsanitary and a potential health hazard. The other Marriott I've been to can't have their bottles opened without breaking the bottles.

Review update. I have tried new menu selections. I can recommend the Korean style steak and the smoked Old Fashioned.

I like this hotel.nicely situated, clean, great staff. Nice gathering areas with tasty cocktails. Restaurant, not so much.food is too designer not too tasty. A 10oz NY Strip for $40, I ordered medium rare and it comes medium, uh uh.invest in a thermometer or sous vide the steaks.disappointed I was.no, I didn't send it back and give a second chance. I traveled all day and wanted to get to my room sooner than later.and try to get a primer on the lighting controls in the room, if you try it on your own, a week will have gone by and you'll be checking out before you know how turn the lights on and off.haha.

Sink was clogged, which is gross. Also, instead of shower liner replacement, it was cut and when I took a shower, water went all over the floor. I ended up sopping the water with towels. Not such a great experience.

This is a decent Hotel in a nice and serene location. Easy access to Downtown and SFO Airport. This is the 4th or 5th time I am staying there
I would like to include here some positive feedback for improvement with regard to the restaurant food and the staff. In my opinion, the breakfast quality has plummeted since the pre-covid days. Food is quite mediocre in quality and quantity these days. Also, one of the Table waiter was a bit too loud when taking orders so much so, that it draws the attention of everyone around in the restaurant towards your table. It feels almost like he shouting at you. I saw one of the ladies sitting at a Table across from ours all confused by his overly loud explanation that there is no buffet service any more when she tried to walk to the buffet section. I am sure he means no ill will towards anyone, but it would serve the hotel well if the Table staff are trained to be not so loud with the customers.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and free EV charging. Good place to stay if you don't want to stay in central SF. Some rooms have great view of the Marina. Restaurant food was average but service was great.

My stay was pleasant from start to finish.
At check-in, the front desk staff and security were friendly and helpful, and checkout was quick and easy.
The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable above all else.
Having driven, the hotel's location was a short drive from many popular places, and without the hassle of the parking situations at other more central locations.
On previous stays in San Francisco, I was met with bad parking, overpriced and cramped rooms, but this experience was the complete opposite.

This is a awesome hotel for business travelers. The hotel restaurant and bar were perfect after work!

I love the design of this hotel, it feel like a great place to practice Zen meditation. It takes 20-30mins drive to downtown, the guy who was in the front desk were supper friendky and attentive.
