I cannot say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, I had a FANTASTIC experience! I met Matt, the owner of the company, who is just such a nice guy. He is a very honest person who will go above and beyond for you. In addition, he was on time, sent me a text an hour before arriving so I could plan my day, and answered all my questions. He took the time to check everything out in order to ensure that his crew could in fact do the job. He explained everything they would have to do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I appreciate him taking the time to break things down.

I also appreciate the fact that he never made me or my husband feel bad/uncomfortable for calling whenever we had questions. In fact, he ALWAYS answered our questions and ALWAYS answered the phone in a happy and friendly way. There was even one time my husband and I called him and he was literally stuck in the SNOW on his way to the office taking the time to answer our questions…I mean come on! Who does that? ! Just such a real stand up guy. You can tell that he cares about you and the quality of his business.

I think the price was beyond fair, especially for the quality of work. I got serval bids for replacing our HVAC system plus moving the furnace to the attic from the garage and his price was the best. They even built a beam in the attic for the new unit and adding lighting up there. They had the best price for doing the most work. I got to meet all the crew members and they were very kind, respectful, and professional. If you are debating who to go with, STOP! AC Plus is by far the best! Do yourself a favor and just go with them. You will not regret it. They have amazing reviews for a reason. They are a family owned business and it certainly shows. They treat you and your family like family. They are on time, ready to work, kind, respectful, do quality work, have wonderful communication, good prices, and above all actual care about you and your satisfaction. If there is anything you are concerned about or even unhappy with (which I doubt will happen), Matt will resolve it immediately. Again, your satisfaction is his number one priority. Lastly, they are apart of the better business bureau which is important. You have to be careful about some of these “business” that are out there. AC Plus is honest and legit on so many levels.

Matt made a special effort to come to my house the next day, even though he doesn’t usually do service calls, when my heater didn’t work. He was very thorough and didn’t try to sell me anything we didn’t need. The price was very reasonable. I have used AC Plus for quite a few years, and never have I been disappointed.
