Acacia Park Apartments reviews
11 Pros: Main office staff and maintenance are friendly, do their job, and do their job to the best of their ability
Cons: Corporate. Had a leaky roof caused by harsh weather on 9/11/2022. Monthly followups with the office was met with no updates on when the roof was going to be fixed, because corporate has to approve for it to be fixed, for over 8 months. Was notified that corporate finally approved for the roofs to be fixed AFTER we moved out. No solutions, temporary solutions, or apologies were given by corporate during the eight months it leaked into the bedroom and closet.
TLDR: paid ~2k a month for a leaky roof for 8 months
Don’t rent here unless you like roaches gunshots unprofessional management and your car stolen homeless people are always in the dumpsters it was perfect when I moved in in 2017 but now it’s a mess tara and Courtney are the worst very disrespectful and have horrible attitudes they won’t fix anything and they will give you the runaround when you ask I repeat DONT RENT HERE overpriced and not worth the money the sunrise apartments are way better and cheaper
Beautiful view of the mountains. Quite, calm, and peaceful community. Nearby trails for hiking. Work orders get completed quickly. Kind staff team.
Honestly after reading some of these reviews, I'm extremely surprised! I've been here for 3 years now and experienced the management shift/ change. I can honestly say that my wife and I noticed a drastic change in the office and property, since the new manager took over. I believe her name is Tera. The office staff is also super friendly and literally greet me by my name. The maintenance team always address my work orders in such a timely manner. I honestly have no complaints! Only thing I would suggest is to have more open parking. But I love my unit and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment on the north end of San Bernardino.
The property manager, Tara, is truly exceptional at what she does. Her commitment to providing top-notch customer service is evident in everything she does. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that residents are happy and comfortable. Her assistant Kimberly is also a fantastic asset to the team, always available to help and provide support. On top of that, the rest of the office staff are absolutely spectacular.
The maintenance staff is incredible as well. They are prompt, courteous, and always professional. Any issues or concerns are addressed promptly, and they do an excellent job of keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained.
Overall, I am incredibly impressed with Acacia Park Apartments and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home. The exceptional quality of service from Tara, Kimberly, the office and the maintenance staff truly sets this community apart, and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication.
We want to take a moment to thank Tera and her staff for always taking care of us and making sure all our work orders are taken care of quickly. The community is really nice and everyone who lives there should care about it like the staff does. Parking is tough but they are working on new assignments which should help.
Don't apply here. They take your holding deposit and don't return it if you get denied for the apartment. The office was is no help. The application fee is non refundable which I was aware of but it has been 3months since I was denied an apartment and my money has not been returned to me. Currently suing them for it.
It's the worst thing I've ever experienced apart from the idiots who didn't return the deposit. If you look at this message, don't get involved here, don't make that mistake.
Had a Wonderful experience! Just moved my son into Acacia Apartments and the Manager Tara, Office Staff, and Maintenance were very professional and accomadating.
Bad communication from property managers they have a bunch of new people who don’t know anything and just an fyi this place is gated but might as well not be unsecured and no security patrol. Better apartments other areas and for cheaper! Dont even get me started on parking always found random cars in parking spot!
