Academy Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing Headquarters

My 3 kids attend Academy and have been for the past 4 years (respectively). The boost in confidence has been amazing, and their physical health has greatly improvement.
The coaches are amazing, they really have a passion for working with kids and the love for the art of Jiu-jitsu and the hard work it takes is so apparent my kids have also shown that passion in wanting to learn.
This is a great investment in my kids, they are benefitting now and I know it will be even better in the future.

Hands down for the first combat sport gym I’ve ever been to the best, great coaches good environment friendly atmosphere overall

My daughter started here about 3 months ago, and we absolutely love it. The staff are all great. They are strict with the students but also very caring and compassionate. They run a tight ship but also know how to have fun.
The staff has a perfect balance.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to put their kids in jiu jitsu.

The Academy and all of their professors, coaches and staff are awesome! Aside from the physical strength training, kids learn a foundation for commitment and discipline. Their location is convenient near stores and coffee shops for parents while kids train.

Academy Jiu-Jitsu/Kickboxing is the perfect place for people of all ages and skill levels. The professors are not only knowledgeable but also make learning enjoyable. With multiple class options and locations, it's super convenient. Safety is a top priority, creating a worry-free environment to train. And the camaraderie among the members is unparalleled - it's like being part of a big, supportive family. I wouldn't train anywhere else!

My son has been coming here for almost 2 years. I was nervous about where to start my son being that he was very timid and really not into any aggressive sports or Marital arts. I’m glad I chose Academy because the beginner kids class is GREAT to introduce jiu jitsu for kids and teach them the fundamentals. Not too long after he made it to the advanced class and now he’s competing winning medals more and confident than ever. Coaches are all great. No complaints.

My son has been going to the Academy for 5 years and he loves it! It's always been clean and well kept. The coaches do an amazing job with coaching my son and other kids, especially when they are new, and make it fun for them to learn and want to keep coming back. The always stay vigilant with them when they spar to make sure they are applying their techniques and making sure they stay safe. They always accompany the kids when they go participate at the tournaments so they never feel alone. Overall it's an amazing facility and the staff is fantastic!

I’ve been training since December last year. I never really did jiu jitsu before but always watched mixed martial arts like UFC and prize fight boxing. I’ve been coming one a week and I love the program. I train no-Gi and Gi in the same day. Day 1 they let you start sparing which I really liked. They also offer beginner classes at the downtown location if your interested. Come on in and give a trial class a try! Worse case you tried it and don’t like it.

I can't say enough good things about Academy Jiu-Jitsu/Kickboxing! It's a truly family-friendly place where both kids and adults can learn and grow together. The professors are not only skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. The multiple classes and locations make it easy to find a schedule that fits, and the safe environment they provide is top-notch. Plus, the sense of community here is amazing. Highly recommend!

Talk about a running a well oiled machine! From the many coaches and assistants who still compete MMA level to the knowledgeable and always helpful front desk personnel, this academy puts the others to shame
I'm a US Marine Veteran and I am proud to have signed up my son here. Instilling discipline, accountability, and focus most importantly. Don't settle for less it is guaranteed worth your student's time.

I would highly recommend this place if your starting your children or yourself off in Jiu-Jitsu. The Program, Professors, and the Facility are very top notch. I love how the Professors demonstrate pure professionalism and patience to both the children and adults. The environment is very positive, motivating, inspiring, friendly, and uplifting. The staff members are very professional and excellent as well. This is the place if you want to get started in Jiu-Jitsu.

Only downside to this school is having to leave. Instructors are very patient with beginners while still helping the students who don’t need as much attention.

Academy is the best! Awesome coaches that truly care about you and your progress. There is also a very welcoming atmosphere with great training partners who will help you get better every day.

Outstanding program, they have some thing for everyone. Jam packed schedule with morning, afternoon, and night classes for both Jiujitsu and striking. Facility is new, and I love the kids area where kids can play arcade games or with toys while adults can train. Feels like a unified team and a second home more than it does a jujitsu academy, definitely recommend for hobbyists, competitors, and families alike. Great family atmosphere but also you will get in shape and grow as a person coming here.

I’ve been training for a little more than a year. I joined with two of my best friends and we’ve made it a weekly excuse to go to practice as a reason to hangout with each other due to our busy schedules. Although it started off as an excuse I soon realized how lucky I was to find such a unique community. The front staff is extremely welcoming and encouraging of your journey! I predominantly train with Professor Hector Beltran and he teaches in a very clear manner. He along with the other Professors try their best to answer all the questions throughout the training period, but like anything else the best lesson learned is through trial and error. The adult class can look intimidating with so many different people in one room especially when you first start. However, everyone is there to help you grow. Although there is no way around feeling helpless the first couple of sessions due to inexperience, there also isn’t anyone who is trying to hurt you. There is high level of respect, trust, and companionship that is built over the time that you attend. So, if you need a sign to join…this is it!
