The workers here are great. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The reason for the poor rating is the price. Everything is way overpriced. I priced a pentair salt solenoid here, got the exact same model online for $150 cheaper. I just went in for a pentair backwash valve, had the supply site opened up with the price of $67, just paid $95.65 here. If you need something right away, you will pay the premium here. If you have time to wait a few days, Google your part and check out a-z pool supply. Even Leslie's is cheaper.

In regards to the reply:

The warranty info that you provided is inaccurate, I filled out the warranty card with pentair and received the same warranty that I would have received from buying items through your store. The manufacturers are just a phone call away for the average customer as well.

Unfortunately, your prices are not competitive as stated. In a world where all prices are over inflated everywhere, it is important for customers to do their due diligence in trying to save as much as they can. I understand that businesses have to be able to keep the lights on but being greedy on profit margins is not the way to do it.

Your customer service however, is the best, I agree. Water testing and advise is great.

Pool/spa maintenance can be a bit expensive, when you do not purchase suuplies at the right place. Academy pool supplies is the best place to go! They sell you excactly what you need by running a water test. I highly recomend this bussiness. Thank you so much for making the maintenance of my pool so affordable! You're honesty and integrity makes me never hesitate to go seek assistance or advice when needed.
