The Job was completed to me satisfaction was done with good quality work. The front office is very helpful and accomodating. I took one star off becasue for some reason my Battery was drained and I had to recharge my Battery on the Prius.

The worst customer service. Find another place do not use their services. False timelines. Don't bother taking to the female office assistant, she will leave you on hold, hang up on you, and make promises she cannot keep. AAA needs to drop them from their referral list.

Our Kia Optima was broken into on 10/1/2022 by a thief on our driveway. Luckily, it was stopped by our good neighbor. The driver side windows were smashed and the steering wheel cover was opened up. It is still sitting in the shop. They claim it is because the parts are not back from Korea. We haven’t seen when the order for the parts were made. It will be 3 months tomorrow since the car was towed to the repair shop.
