Accelerated Urgent Care

I was able to get an appointment for the same afternoon. The facility is clean & the staff friendly.

This location is great and fast. If you need anything urgently they will get you in and out very soon. Always follow up with primary care and don’t rely on them for supplemental health service.

My only issue is with the doctor, since he was the one calling the shots. My son cut open his toe yesterday, so we hurried to Accelerated Urgent Care. The doctor ordered for an X-ray without really inspecting my baby son's wound, but even worse, he had an X-ray done without the means to even stitch up or close my son's bleeding toe. He did not disclose his inability to do anything about the wound before he ordered for an X-ray. By the way, my son's toe did not stop bleeding the entire time of the visit! So we registered, took vitals, and did an X-ray. After all of this, the doctor then told us that nothing was broken, and there was nothing else he could do. The doctor said that a doctor in the ER would have to sedate my baby son and stitch up the wound. The doctor then suggested that we go to the ER.
Why didn't he just refer us to the the ER first, since there wasn't anything he could have done to stop my son from bleeding anyways? !? ! Why waste our time with an X-ray when he couldn't fix the issue? Why let my baby bleed on their floor for an extended period of time just to say that we needed to go elsewhere to close the wound? The doctor should have just told us to head straight to the ER!
We ended up going to an ER, and they did their own X-rays before cleaning and gluing up my son's toe. Now I am stuck with a big ER bill AND an unnecessary bill from this Urgent Care that essentially ended up doing absolutely nothing for my son. They should have screened and reviewed the situation before wasting our time and prolonging the pain of my baby son. They should have noticed their lack of ability to fix my son’s wound, and asked us to go the the ER before doing anything! I highly recommend that this Urgent Care consider changing their registration process when a patient walks into the building, so that they may help patients get the help they actually need, and to help patients avoid unnecessary wastes of money.

Very friendly staff and super fast. I was in and out with a procedure within 40 minutes. Great service and clean place.

8: 30am appointment in and out within 35 minutes. When I left my pharmacy was calling to tell me my prescriptions were ready.

It is a blessing to me and my family to be able come there for care. Never had a bad experience. Only great service and we are always in and out and feeling better the next day.

I was seen for back pain. After being diagnosed quite quickly by the doctor, I was given excellent care, and was immediately relieved. The only reason why I didn’t give it a five star was because upon leaving, they didn’t give me any paperwork to give it to my employer about missing a day, so I had to go back. Other than that great experience on a bad day.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! This was my first time here and the staff were able to help us and get our illness figured out so quickly!

Shelby and Carol were so sweet & helpful. Especially on Easter Sunday! My wife had hurt her hand and the staff was quick to offer ice packs and assistance. Will be coming back for sure!

Made an appointment at 7: 30 a.m. Online to take my son in at 8: 48 a.m. Arrived there at 8: 48 a.m. And was in a room by 9: 10 a.m. And out of there by 10: 00 a.m.

My one year old son needed to go to UC, we walked in with no appt and were seen very quickly. The doctor was great and my son loved him

The PA and her assistant showed great skills and professionalism in a embarrassing situation for all of us

Excellent customer service from the time I walked in. Viviana was excellent receptionist very polite and caring. Also the MA that took my vitals. Doctor Slade Stoller was truly attentive and caring to my concern and took the time to review my medical past to insure I was mecially care for. Shout to Vicky from the call center for assisting me with I need it as well! Over all way better experience than last year. Thank you!

Been using Brimhall since it opened. Always had a great service only one time did I get a missed diagnosis? All doctors and staff of been great. I like that you can make an appointment or even walk in is fast. Best urgent care I’ve ever gone to.

Adrianna, the dr we saw, was amazing. She listened to ever single concern I had about my kids and checked everything I asked her to. She was very patient and kind. Fantastic care & bedside manner!
