Accelerated Urgent Care

So glad I went here instead of the ER! Booked an appointment online, filled out all the paperwork online, got there, the lobby was nice and clean, I only waited maybe 10 mins if that. They took my vitals and I went right into a room (very clean). Doctor came within 5 mins, and he was top notch. Answered all my questions, and was very polite. They electronically sent in my prescription. I was in and out in 30 mins! Will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone I know.

I was satisfied with the fact that we were seen right after we filled out the paperwork, and that we didn't have to go to valley children's being that the Doctor was aware of what was going on with our grandson he was treated with no problems furthermore she explained how to continue with the treatment at home.

It was a great teleheath call they listened to my problems and helped with the medication I needed.

Waiting over 45 min for my daughter to get her TB read. I asked up front and the young Hispanic girl was very sarcastic and laughing. Very un professional place will never come back. Don’t make an appointment because an appointment doesn’t matter with them.

I had the best time while I was there, staff were courteous and helpful also professional loved it thankful I went there

This is a good place to go in case an emergency they did fix the problem, and I was so happy with their customer. Service is very kind and sweet.

Got there at 8: 30pm. The nice girl in the front helped me get started with a text message that was easy no paper work all on tge phone Got to the back with my son right after. They did everything within 30 minutes with great service. Will definitely be going there again.

Great service received and the office staff are great. It's easy to do check in at home before you even go to Accelerated urgent care. And you get their you just had to finish and wait and your called pretty quick.

Went in as a walk in for a covid test they were very kind waited about 20 min to hget my test they call me in 2 days with my results I would recommend this urgent care.

I had a very positive experience overall. The staff was great. The physician was wonderful. My only complaint is room 5 is like being in an ice chest. I wish I had thought to ask to be shown on my foot or to see the x-ray of my actual injury. Other than that it was a fabulous experience, considering my situation.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an appointment and only waited a few minutes in the lobby before we were sent back to the patient waiting room. Medical assistants are great with kids! Doctor came quickly, spent the appropriate amount of time. Overall, great doctors and staff. Very clean and organized urgent care. We were there 30 minutes start to finish. Appointment was a Sunday at 10: 30 am. Was able to book online earlier that morning. Recommend this urgent care

I had a great experience. The staff was nice & professional. I was able to make wan appointment and wait from home to be seen. I was in and out w/ in an hour once I got there for my appt. I love that they have X-Rays at their facility as must urgent cares don’t.

The doctor was very good! I would have given 5 stars but the automated check in was rough!

It was a fast and easy to be seen. Took less than two hours. First time there and it was a great experience

I brought my toddler son to this location. He was seen by Dr. Jullian Kim about a new symptom that started after we came to California. Since we are from Minnesota and cannot go to the clinic or our preferred urgent care, we choose Accelerated Urgent Care due to the high ratings on Google.

Unfortunately, our experience was a poor one after having to wait 2 hours. As soon as Dr. Kim walked into the room, he inquired what the reason for our visit was. After I told him the reason, he immediately said "It's normal" then proceeded to walk to the door and grabbed the door knob to leave. He did not assess my son in any way. No questions were asked if my son has any other symptoms before declaring that it's normal. No recommendations were made to help relieve the symptom nor did he ask if we had any questions. He was just ready to leave. I had to stop him to address my concern which he then belittle my concern. After he kept stating that "it's normal" repeatedly, I just gave up and walked out. While I am happy to hear that the symptom my son was experiencing is normal, Dr. Kim's bedside manner made my experience an overall negative one.

I wrote to them about this experience and no one ever cared enough to respond back. Really goes to show how much they value their customers. I most definitely would not recommend this urgent care clinic to anyone.

Everyone was so nice but i just didnt like that when you register the lady in the front just isnt friendly not everyone knows hows to register online and she could be a little more helpfull

They are quick, hardly any wait time. I was checked in and seen within an hour. Great place to go when you can't get into your primary doctor. Staff are nice and attentive.
