U all were Amazing.the young Doctor also and front receptionist was very kind and polite and very professional me being a retired RN notices a lot of things about medical and you guys were awesome

Tried to set up telehealth visit and the website explains a whole different process than the lady explained when I called them after never being contacted. She was so rude from the start and made me feel as if my questions were wasting her time. She explained it could take hours and they have to call me before my appointment which defeats the whole purpose of it being fast and easy. If I’m not available to go to the doctor why would I be available to answer the phone at any second when they call? I asked her if they could text or email instead and she just said no and hung up on me. Said her name was Alicia and worked at the scheduling call center or something like that. Don’t think I’ll ever be returning to any Accelerated locations due to this being my second disappointing interaction.

I was pretty sick walking in and everyone was quick to help. I didn’t have to wait too long to get a room and the doctor came in to see me. I was diagnosed, given treatment and prescriptions. This Urgent Care is very clean, the staff friendly and doctors are great. Thank you!

I was there early evening, had little wait time. All staff were very pleasant, explaining at ever step. Treatment and injections were gentle. Serves was very good

I was in and out within an hour, very clean and professional. Staff seemed knowledgeable about anything I asked. Best urgent care I have been to.

I will never have anything bad to say about this location. As dramatic as it sounds, they literally saved my family’s lives a few years ago by getting us transported to the hospital (and advocating for me when I wasn’t able to) to get transported when we had the vid. Dr. Chavez fought to get us the best care, which was beyond what they could give us. I will never forget this!

I love the new telehealth options.

All staff are nice, helpful, & courteous. Providers dont keep you waiting nor do they rush out, they take time to explain diagnosis and treatment plan. No other urgent care takes care of their patients like this one.

I made an appointment early that day and was 45 min early. I had gotten in rather quickly and they were all nice and got me in and out quickly. I was seen and tested for the flu then got some meds prescribed that really helped me to feel better. A very clean facility, I drive from out of town to here when needed.

You’re fast. People are polite and curious. Dr Listens to see what your problems are. I got my prescription fast at my Pharmacy. Keep up the good work.

The facility is super clean with a large waiting room. The staff and Dr's are friendly and the longest I've ever had to wait was an hour. Usually it is much quicker.

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. The Physician Assistant (PA) that treated my husband & me knew exactly what to do. My husband had been sick over a week & the VA clinic didn’t even check his vitals (just prescribed meds), he had a very aggressive cough, & this clinic even said to be sure he gets bloodwork done to rule out Valley Fever, he received meds & an inhaler right away. I got sick the day before Thanksgiving & was also treated here. We had a very short wait. It’s clean. Definitely recommend them. Thank you!

I had a cough for a week and a half I even went to my VA doc and got meds but I had side effects from the meds. So me and my wife went in and we got seen right away and they even took my VA health care card. The doctor was good and she understood exactly what to do. She ordered us meds that helped right away and I’m so glad we went in. I would recommend this to anyone even Veteran who need care to go get seen.

Very polite and attentive receptionist, Dr assistant and Dr. The Dr gave special attention to my issues knowing I was traveling soon.

I went in for an ingrown toe nail. The doctor was great, professional, and fast. The girls on staff were great as well and I was not in there very long. Thank you Accelerated Care Staff and Doctor.
