Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our awning is the perfect addition to the patio space and also accomplishes the privacy look we were going for from the inside.

I’ve used accent awnings in the past two other drop shades and I thought the two installers that came up this time (3) did the best job of all. They made a repair on a prior install so that a both look alike as they are side by side shade. They did a great job, they were here on time, they cleaned up their mess, and made sure that I was happy before they left.
The price was right the salesman was here on time, reviewed the contract and I’m just happy that I chose Accent Awning ‘s.

They showed up on time and cleaned everything up like they found it. Juan showed me how to use the remotes and made sure they were in good working order. I knew i wanted Accent Awnings about 5 months before the installation. Their office is located in Santa Ana where i work. I noticed their Sign and stopped in. I was greeted and welcomed in. I explained i wasn't ready yet but i was interested in their service. The gentleman not only showed me all his samples but took me into his manufacturing shop. Top quality craftsmanship and materials. I was sold on the spot. I arranged for an estimate and got it as arranged 2 weeks later. James the salesman came out showed us the samples and took his measurements. We sat and listened to process and he gave us an estimate. It was much loer than the competition so we agreed and gave him a down payment. 5 months later his crew came out and installed the 4 screens in our 10x30 patio. The remote can open and close one or all four screens at a time. They are perfect and trully keep out the sun and we can still thru the screens. The 3 man team were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Accent Awnings to anyone. They are truly professional installers and competetive in their price! Thank you Accent Awning, James, Ron and your team!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company! Everything from the sales associate (John Hancock) coming out to survey the windows that would receive the awnings to the actual installation (the two guys were on time, in fact, even arriving early and professional, courteous, and the pricing of this product is reasonable. The fabric was changed very well but there is something wrong with the awning that doesn"t stay open, they sent another technician but he couldn't figure it out.i=he said it is related to the remote which isn't correct (we remove the battery from the remot control but still closes up)
