I had been postponing getting my therapy started, finally when I did start, I was going down the list of providers, leaving behind emails and voicemails and ACCEPT Family Counseling was the first and only provider that contacted me. The staff are professional, warm and welcoming even before I stepped into the facility itself. The facility is always so clean and inviting. Staff really go above and beyond creating a safe space. I have been a patient now for three months and I've really felt heard, seen, understood and I strongly feel I've been given tools to really thrive and rise above my anxiety/depression. I highly recommended ACCEPT Family Counseling if you feel you need a little help mentally and emotionally.

ACCEPT Family Counseling have been wonderful to my daughter and me. My daughter needed mental therapy and we were referred to ACCEPT. The paper (legal) process to get in was pretty easy. They accept insurances as well including IEHP. My daughter wasn't clicking with the first therapist, not a problem, they offered her to try another therapist and she's been doing good. The staff here are friendly, very helpful and respectful of others. I recommend them for individual and family counseling.
