I have dealt with a young lady by the name of Alma. I can’t remember the last time I’ve received such attentive customer service. I thought it was a thing of the past. Alma follows through with phone and emails. She stays true to her word. This kind of service is great and I will stay as long as I need insurance for my motorcycle. This insurance is commendable but wouldn’t be anything without great customer service.

This place sucks! I called to get a quote and vilma was rude, quick, and short with me. Like i was an inconvienece to her i asked her to send me the quote and she never did, i had to call back and ask her again only to get her name to let people know that shes rude. Id rather pay more for my insurance than deal with snobby people

I have been a customer with these guys for a very long time now. The customer service is outstanding, very helpful staff! I have never felt like just another customer here like the other insurance places ive dealt with. I will be a customer with them for many more years, they make what can be a headache process very simple. I bought a truck from a dealership and I had my policy emailed to me from Alma just over the phone.

These guys we're really friendly helpful and affordable made it painless to get my SR22 and insurance I recommend them thier fee is only like $75 plus the insurance cost. Simple and easy cost breakdown. Only the fee and one month up front. They dont accept cash though. Had to go buy a money order at a little market a couple doors away.
It was only a dollar but still a minor pain in the rear. Other than that they were great.

I called so many brokers and none were helpful and the ones the were able to help me were really expensive since my license is suspended due to having a DUI. Joe Riopel at this Acceptance Insurance office was able to get me a really cheap rate and an SR-22. I recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks Joe
