I have called the Temecula Sheriff Dept and we are prepared to file a police report. My son-in-law and daughter were scheduled to move in tomorrow, and you let them know this morning! Oh, and you won't return their deposit! I have a CA real estate license and this is NOT the way we do business, here in Temecula CA

This is AMERICA and if your management group felt that my so son-in-law was not worthy to rent a property, then RETURN HIS DEPOSIT OF $2450! Property in question: 33350 Decada, Temecula CA 92592

We called the office about a house listed for rent, they said its available and if you want to apply you need to do everything online, we applied online, loaded all the documents needed, they took our money for the application fees 3 minutes after applying! And never got back to us, not even by email! We waited 3 weeks and i have been calling every single day and no one answers! And if by mistake someone at the office answers, they would tell you i ll transfer you to the application process department, and of course no one will answer and you would leave a msg more than 5 times and you get no response, the worst i ever had to deal with!

We recently worked with Lara to locate a home for our Son Joshua. Lara and all the staff we dealt with were great. We are out ot state and communication was difficult but with Lara's help we were successful. We would hightly recommend the company. Rick Walker

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER IF YOU WANT TO SUFFER GO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVERY TIME YOUR AT THEIR OFFICE THEY HAVE PEOPLE COMPLAINING THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT EVERY TIME BUT THATS NO SURPRISE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF.

My experience with Access management and representative Chanelle, was very positive, company and stuff are very professional and Chanelle help me get all documentation sing and completed to move in on time, I recommend Access management to help you find an apartment within their property listing.
