Hired this company to watch my Wearhouse for a month. Their gaurd were always on time and and professional. Hired couple more Security company their gaurd were always found as sleep on my site. Hired ACS I was happy with the service they provided for my Wearhouse. I definitely rehired them for my feature assignment.

NOT GOOD COMPANY STRUCTURE THEY PAY WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT AND WONT PAY CERTAIN OVERTIME HOURS WORKED UNLESS APPROVED THE COMPANY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ON WHOS RUNNING IT THE PAY-RATE PROMISED CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AS WELL I WAS PROMISED 19 AN HOUR FOR AN ARMED LOCATION I WORKED AND GOT PAID LESS AT 16 IF YOU NEED SOMETHING STABLE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PATROL ITS HARD TO WORK WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE AND DOES NOT PUT ENOUGH EFFORT TO MAKE THE COMPANY GREAT! Not a good place to work as a security guard. I was once employed with this company, and one of the field supervisors got me fired for no reason. I was changing my shirt because it had gotten wet and so I got terminated because he called my boss and made a big stink about it. Because he said “the guard is not wearing uniform”. Literally no way to explain yourself. They don’t care, and fire people left to right for no good reason. Plus the field supervisor spoke to my boss in a different language I thought it was unfair because I didn’t even know what he was saying about me. Very unprofessional business. They supplied me with a phone from the early 2000s to do my hourly reports on site.
