Access Dental referred us to Sacramento Community Clinics at
2200 Del Paso Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815. Wish I could give them negative stars! This place should be closed down! They schedule appointments and then cancel on the day of. My friend is getting much needed dentures and they have taken over a year to get them in and then every time he is supposed to go in and pick them up, they cancel and delay. He has gone a year now without teeth. IN FACT, they just called today and told him their dentist is on leave; again without any warning and calling the day of his appointment. They must have known they had a dentist on leave. How do they not have a replacement for something so important? They just do not care and said so essentially on the phone. Maybe one of them should go a year without teeth! This egregious health care should be looked at more closely by the medical and legal community in Sacramento.

I am on hold with Access Dental literally at this very moment. I have been on hold with Access Dental for 1 hour and 53 minutes and have yet to speak with a human. I genuinely believe this company uses the tactic of not providing adequate customer service — I’ve heard “your call will be answered by the next available agent” — I’d say 1,000 times by now. Is this some kind of psyc test to see how long people will stay on hold? Literally utterly the very worst customer service on the face of the earth. If my family member didn’t have to use them I would run for the hills. 1 hour 57 minutes … utterly wretched. Every person on infinite hold with Access Dental should just go on Google and Yelp! And expose them for the joke they are.

Yup this is a company that should be passed up completely. Seems to be ran by clowns, with a lot of miss information given. I help an elderly person make an appointment with the employee at access dental told me that we could make the appointment at western dental… This is also on the website that access dental and western dental had merged! Well we made the appointment at a western dental office and when he arrived at western dental for his appointment they told him they don’t expect access dental!? Go figure! How do you have 2 companies that merge together not except one another!

Access Dental is HORRIBLE, customer service is so bad. Incompetent employees, Contacted with Western Dental. Bottom of the food chain is what you get with this company. Report to the Dental Board. SCAM! The reviews are truth.
