Excellent customer service unfortunately I can't say the same about the doctor she was rude and not professional at all!

Very rude and disrespectful with the way the doctor handles and talk to their patients and staff. The front desk and staff were great.

Absolutely great staff and knowledgeable Doctors. Clean facility and very accommodating. I’ve never felt in better hands dealing with something as precious as my mom and her eyes! Thank you to everyone at the office and the doctors

Dr. Nazemi is an amazing surgeon, Dr. Vargas was attentive and thorough, he answered all of my questions and discussed options in detail. The entire staff is fantastic. Special thanks to the incredible Cecelia. Her kindness and encouragement are unparalleled!

Both opthamologist I saw, plus the staff have been very caring, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I especially am grateful to Dr Nazemi who went out of his way in getting me an urgent appt with a retina specialist, and allowing me to call him with updates in my progress with specialist. Highly recommend Access Eye (Oxnard).
