Was able to come out a day sooner than expected which was great being that our gate had been open for 1 week. Jason was able to service and repair the community gate, answered all my questions, very professional. Will continue to use their services.

APS is a no-nonsense, commercial grade operation that designs, installs and services access and security systems. They have performed in a class all their own for my large residential projects in Rancho Santa Fe. I highly recommend them.

He really tried resurecting what the other guy messed up.the old system just was not going to revive.
We also found broken drive clutches, etc.
I was happy to pay for the service call and even though we could not bring it back I would highly recommend APS and Jason to anyone with gate control issues

Have a pair of Miracle One Gates on my driveway. I inherited them six years ago when I bought the house, and they have since been discontinued.

The original installer told me the primary board was dead, they are discontinued and it would be about $5,000 to replace them.

APS came out and it turns out, they just needed maintenance and adjustments. $208 later, I’d found an honest company that’s not in business to defraud clients. The technician showed up on time and eager to work? There's still good hard working people out there and one showed up to help me assess my gate problems and fix them. He went through the steps and not only figured it out but walked me through everything as well. He fixed what could be fixed and immediately got in touch with people for other parts needed to fix the rest of the gate. He walked me through other questions my wife had me ask before leaving and the Office got back to us right away to let us know the next steps of the process. I called APS this morning to ask about getting a garage door repaired. Chad sent Jason out the same day and he fixed the problem. I have NEVER had a gate company be so responsive and willing to make the customer happy. I am beyond impressed with APS and the communication they have provided me today. This was a very stressful and time sensitive issue for me and APS absolutely handled the problem and eased my stress level. As a community manager I need vendors that will handle business and that is what APS did today!:)

Follow up, Morgan is the absolute best! I had an emergency repair that was not on the schedule. I reached out to Morgan and she moved things around so my property could get the repair they desperately needed. If I could give 1,000 stars I would.

Showed up on time, straight forward on all the costs, fixed the problem with my gate when other company's couldn't, very reasonably priced.

Tim and Anthony did a superb job with my gate install. They had to be innovative with the unique layout. EXCELLENTE!
Also, Tim returned to add multiple remotes. And even included setting my car’s remote control system to open the gate as well.

The electric gate controlling access to our driveway needed work, including realignment involving welding and replacement of a part in the controller. The APS technicians arrived early and had the work done quickly. The gate now looks and works better than it has at any time since we moved in in 1996. We strongly recommend APS for this kind of job.

We have used APS several times over the years and they have always been on time and honest with all of their work.
