The most ridiculous dr visit ever. Waited 1 month and then 40 minutes in a loud, loud pub-like waiting room only to be seen for 2 minutes by a doctor rushing me, badmouthing other ER doctors, saying I didn't have uti and that ER doctors diagnose it "because it's easier and then throw antibiotics at you" (he later did the exact same thing). He said he'll "just give me an antibiotic in case I have a new partner and to prevent a new uti". Asked "if I didn't have uti before, why are you giving me antibiotic (like candy) to prevent something I'm not prone to? ". Basically, why is antibiotic being prescribed so lightly? He never answered the two questions I told him I had for him, nor explained the results of ultrasound, or the urine sample's. Basically brought nothing but chaos and confusion. Does NOT listen OR communicate properly. He blurts out words that contradict the previous ones. Very agitated, probably high on something. He's a complete misogynist. Cannot stand being asked for clarification by a woman and feels personally invalidated. Leaving the room, he said maybe he's not the right doctor for me. Well with all due respect, you're not the right doctor for anyone! Well, unless you feel there is $urgery involved, right? Disgusting. I left confused and frustrated and didn't want to book the follow up exam which imo would've led to more irritation and confusion. Should NEVER be seeing patients. Waisted all this time for bs meant to badmouth other doctors while doing worse. At least the other doctors solved my problem and you did not! Terrible communication in the office too since the guy at the desk told me I should start antibiotic "immediately" then admitted it was a mistake. WHO prescribes antibiotic "as needed" if patient "does not have uti"? How careless and unprofessional can you possibly be?

Excellent office! Prompt, friendly and professional. Dr. Song is a delight and is very professional. Great experience for an uncomfortable procedure. The female nurse practitioner is great as well. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

I recently had a frenulectomy performed by Dr. Song. I would not recommend this urologist to anyone in need of a frenulectomy. His lack of skill and attention to detail resulted in a negative outcome. As a result of the poor surgical technique I had to go for a procedure revision at a different clinic in Los Angeles.

I've got to give this 5 star review to my recent visit and experience. I recently had an appt with intention of only finding out my results and was surprised that I'd have to pay even if it was a phone appt.

Going through a lot of changes currently, the plate has been full and the weight heavy.

When the nurse practitioner Jill sat down with me I was definitely caught off guard and felt a bit awkward. After a brief mention of what I was there for and was going through, I felt something I hadn't felt in awhile or experienced in a long time visiting any type of dr. Office.
Bed side manner, also known as compassion.

I genuinely felt like I was heard and my health and care was a priority, in many facets.

It made the amazingly good and shocking results she gave me all the more sweeter! I had no interest in getting the lab work they had suggested done at the moment but immediately did so under her advice and after the experience I had under her care.

Thank you! Very refreshing experience from a health care provider and one that has given me new found hope and confidence.

I am very satisfied with the care I have received from Dr. David Song and his workers, I recommend him 100%. Yesterday I had my surgery and Dr. SONG was present and gave me a lot of confidence. Thank you very much Dr. David Song for all your attention. God bless you.

Dr. Song was extremely rude and dismissive of the issues I went to see him about. He instead told me something to the effect of what's the point of treatment of this kind if I have other injuries and it looks like I'll be worse in a couple of years anyway. He asked me if I knew who the surgeon was for my other issue because that's where I was headed. He berated me for seeking help as if I'm not worthy of that.

I've been asking for help for 19 years for the issue I went to see him about and after this very rude interaction I don't know when I'll have the nerve to do so again. I know someone out there can help, but Dr. Song was not even willing to try and chipped away at the little bit of courage I had mustered up. I thought he treated me that way because he doesn't usually treat females and I was wasting his time. When I left I saw there was an elderly lady with a bandaged foot getting checked in and immediately felt so bad for her. I hope she didn't end up in tears like I did. And no, I didn't end up needing surgery for the other issue.

Most definitely 10 out of 10 highly recommend. A co-worker and I had the same procedure done him on Thursday me on Friday it is now monday my coworker is sore bruised and in pain. He followed all the directions his Dr. Gave him.myself on the other hand iced myself down for 4 minutes or so and have zero pain or bruising. Dr. SONG IS THE MAN!

The team here is wonderful. Jill the NP was very kind and explained everything and gave all the available options and left the decision to me after being fully informed. Not only that they were quick to get me an appointment.
