ACCU Dental - All on Four Dental Implants, Dentist in Salinas, Implant in Salinas

I’ve been going to this dentist since 2016 mainly for yearly cleanings, and sometimes fillings, staff is friendly and welcoming. Good place to get your teeth cleaned I recommend it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - THEY OVERCHARGED ME $1700 - Out of Pocket in July and I still Haven't Received My Money Back. THEY ARE OVERCHARGING PEOPLE SO OFTEN That A Lot Of Us Have Had To FIND A NEW DENTIST.

This post is because of the service I got at Accu dental I've been hung up on I don't know how many times maybe fifteen times put on hold never to get back to me asked that my claim of what I needed done sent to medical they never sent it I was in a deadline by the end august now I will miss my window of opportunity because they are unorganized and I don't see how they can run business this way now I'm told today the 22nd of august that they are no longer taking medical dental insurance. They should have not taken me as a new patient if they new they weren't going to be taking medical dental any longer. So be ware of the Salinas office that's all they have done is have me miss getting work done that is most important to me my life line to chew my food.

Best cleaning ever! Cleaning hygienist Mrs. Alexandria Vigil really makes the visit welcoming and comfortable. Teeth feel super clean!

ACCU Dental is very unprofessional. I scheduled my dental appointment over one month ahead of time. I received a text message three days before my appointment to remind me of my appointment. I received a voicemail message one day before my appointment telling me that my appointment has been canceled due to over booking. I received another text message the morning of my appointment reminding me that I have an appointment today. I showed up to my scheduled appointment and I was told by the receptionist that my appointment has been canceled. I was so confused. I had a very busy day and I was trying to show up to my appointment on time and only to be told my appointment was canceled. People have busy lives and to have a dental office that canceled at the last minute because of their error is very unprofessional! It is not worth it. They created so much stress for me when my day was already stressful. If they can’t do a simple thing like scheduling appointments correctly, then why are they operating a business?

Compared to my other dentist, this dentist office had great communication, clear instructions and overall a pleasant experience. I appreciated the text communication and reminders.

A very disturbing way to conduct business in healthcare. Manager is dismissive and admin struggles to know their processes. They are never available and continually underdeliver. Don’t bother.

Staff was friendly and kind, the dentist I saw today she knew her job and explain what I needed done, was friendly and kind, but most of was the hygienist (Alex) she was great and answer all my questions, I'm always happy with her, hope she never leaves great job to everyone thanks

Dental visits are never comfortable. But my dental hygienist Alejandra always tries to make the visit better. She knows I need the distraction and it helps. Always great info and suggestions to improve any issues that might arise.

Extremely friendly staff. Dr. Lee was really informative not only did she listen to my worries she was also very welcoming.definitely coming back
