2Accurate Communication Services Inc.it team installed a home CCTV and Audio visual equipment in our home, they were able to consolidate 5 different remote controls into one user friendly remote control that is great for the entire household. They took their time their time to listen to us and were aware of our tight budget constraints. I am particularly pleased with their customer service, a team member came out a few times during the building works and cable runs to make sure that everyone was delivering to specification. Their Project manager was always available to discuss any concerns I had which is useful whilst you are away at work and hoping its been done correctly. The results are beyond what I imagined, our in house entertainment is everything we imagined and more. I have ideas for future upgrades and will be inviting them back in the near future. A very customer focused company, a pleasure to deal with.
