OUTSTANDING customer service! I dropped by Accutime to have my automatic dive watch looked at because it had recently started running slow, losing about 30 seconds a day. Thomas took time out of his day to put my watch on a testing apparatus and determined that, after a good manual winding, my watch was actually running very well, losing just two seconds per day. Thomas explained that, despite it being an automatic watch, it was necessary to wind it MANUALLY anytime the watch was allowed to stop. This was news to me. An unscrupulous person could have taken advantage of my ignorance and charged me for an unnecessary service. Thomas helped me out and didn't charge me anything!

This business is a five star +. Thomas, the owner, is so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable I just cannot say enough. He saved me hundreds of dollars on repairing a specialty watch which two other places turned away. He is now my definite Go-To for anything watch related. Also learned I must replace the batteries in my watches every two years even if not dead in order to keep the mechanics functioning properly. Who knew?
Last, his suite is on the back-side of a business center, so trust maps. Go see Thomas!

Absolute stand-up guy. Came in a year ago to have my automatic watch made out of hand-selected ebay parts cleaned and fixed. (I had taken it to a mall outlet that shall rename unnamed to have the hands replaced and they completely bent the pinion.) He did a professional job, gave me a fair price, and was very responsive to my requests, especially considering the unusual nature of my watch.

Came in today on a Friday right before closing time, just before flying to the east coast on Monday to get my watch regulated (it was running 20 seconds fast). I thought I would have to leave my watch behind before my flight, but he said he would get it to me by tomorrow on a Saturday (!).

Needless to say, I cannot recommend this store enough!
