The. Ladies in there are exceptionally rude, and seem like they’d rather be anywhere but helping a customer. Everyone has bad days, so I gave the benefit of the doubt however I’ve had the exact same experience my last 10 visits. If it weren’t for it being the only hardware store in Lake LA I’d never return. I dread going in because i gave kindness and receive bitter looks and attitude in return every time I visit. Couldn't have said it any better so i copied and pasted a nabors review same exact experience.

Local hardware store. Usually stocked with your home improvement needs. Helpful staff to find products and then load heavy things. Great price on the kiddie pools. My dogs love it

They always have what I need and they will let me know right away if they don't carry certain Materi

They had about everything we needed even a stack of complimentary take 1 Rootbeer Float Recipe cards nice bonus to our shopping we certainly bought vanilla icecream & rootbeer and made some as soon as we got the girls from school it was a nice treat on a hot day

Super friendly. Both reps went above and beyond to get me the correct information I needed and the right products

Prices are high, small store so usually won't have what you really need, go to town if you can wait

Friendly and quick, though it can be annoying when the lady at the front is screaming to the employees towards the back (not angry but super loud)

The prices are very high here. You will save a lot of money if you drive the extra 15 miles to town to go to a Home Depot or Lowes.
At Christmas time i did get some great gifts at great prices. Like the huge screwdriver set for $20 (i bought 3 of them) and the Drill Bit set for $20.

Joe was super helpful in getting us the item we needed right away. Billy was also knowledgeable in getting us connected to someone to help with our installation needs as well. The cashier was so nice and patient with our check out process too. Great team work. Definitely worth the drive out there.

Looking for one thing and lady at front wasn't friendly. Kept talking with employees while I was waiting.

Two stars just for the male who works in the aisles helping customers. He’s awesome, always friendly and willing to help.
