Got the air conditioner a year ago. Today Gus came to do the maintenance in the unit. He was very professional and answered all the questions we had.

Michael from Ace Heating & A/C was incredibly helpful in serving and repairing our heater. Mike was professional, personable, and offered great assistance. Definitely recommend his services.

I'm very glad with the professionalism and customer service I have received from Ace home heating and air conditioning. Today I had one of their representatives by the name of Gus who was very friendly and professional come to my home. He inspected both AC and heating system. He explained everything he did and showed me video and pictures of work he performed. Im very glad that Ace has great representatives like Gus working for them, this shows me that they really care about their customers.

I’m very happy with ACE and particularly with Ernesto. He was great help and good at explaining everything very clearly. I can tell this company was not trying to take advantage like another company I used previously. It took 3 opinions and the 3rd was the charm! I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Ernesto came to our home on time explained everything that he was going to do. After he was done he showed us the pictures of our system and explained how the system was running. We had questions regarding our vents as we want to upgrade as some of them are broken. He gave us two different quotes and we were able to decide which one we wanted. He made sure that he answered all of our questions. He set us up with an appointment to have the vents replaced. Ernesto was very professional and and did an excellent job.

I asked this company to come out and evaluate 7 dehumidifiers. Was charged for the service. 6 out of 7 didn't work after visit. As far as I can tell the main service provided was the pleasure of his company. And the left cigarette buts. Not technically capable from what I could tell in my 15 years of contracting. Hopefully the owner is aware that people are going out without transparent billing rates

I recently had an experience with ACE Home Heating & Air Conditioning, and I must say it has been quite disappointing. I initially reached out to them for an estimate when my heater stopped working. The field team that came to my home was fantastic – incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. However, my issues primarily stem from my interactions with their office, specifically a Project Manager who initially sold me a unit package. Firstly, I felt pressured to make a decision hastily. I was told I had to sign the agreement on the same night to secure a deal. I inquired if I could cancel the contract if I had a change of heart, and they assured me that I could. So, I decided to proceed. A few days later, I reached out to them via text message to cancel their services as I found a more cost-effective option. To my surprise, there was no acknowledgment of my text, and they showed up at my doorstep the following day. I showed them my message, expressing my intent not to proceed, but they persuaded me to continue, claiming they had a more competitive package that matched the other estimate I received. Reluctantly, I agreed since they were already on-site and had a valid contractor's license. They completed the initial installation but failed to have it certified by the city during an inspection a couple of weeks later. They assured me they would come back to fix the issues and get it approved. However, that was back in late May. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via calls and texts, I have received little to no response whatsoever. My experience with ACE Home Heating & Air Conditioning has been unprofessional, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. It's clear that they don't follow through on their commitments and lack the courtesy to respond to their customers. After reading similar reviews from others, it seems like this is a common occurrence with them. My advice to anyone considering their services is to steer clear and find a more reliable and professional company to meet your heating and air conditioning needs. I intend to submit a complaint to the Contractors State License Board and the BBB to ensure others are aware of their practices. In summary, please avoid ACE Home Heating & Air Conditioning and look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

Just had my a/c and heater units maintenance and clean by Micheal G. Micheal was on time and very professional. Great service from Ace Home. This company is wonderful. Thank for the many years of service.
