There is an unwritten business rule in American business that says what you state on the wall is what you charge. Their price chart on the wall wall says $5.60, the bill says $6.40, for the most basic plain looking Estate Gray blocks * (keystone wall blocks). Hmmm. What do I get, some awkward words of self disgrace.

Bad business, avoid!

Friendly service, good prices, they'll fill your truck or trailer or will deliver for a fee. Rocks, sand, bark, flagstone.

We went to get soil for my garden and some other garden accessories. Excellent service and flagstone more dense than the Arizona slate I've worked with in the past years and the price is excellent. I highly recommend this store

I have been there several times in past year. Each time bad experience. They have no sense of responsibility to the customer.
They have sold products that were not as advertised, And refused to take responsibility.
I was given a difficult time by the guys in the yard on more than one occasion. The guys in the front office definitely have an attitude that bears no responsibility for the customer's satisfaction. I would highly recommend going to their competition. The owner Ariel seems to care less.

I have bought alot of materials from them over 50 yards of gravel from them 3 months ago. They charged me $100 for delivery for each load out to pleasant valley. Called today and the guy I spoke with said it was $180 now. I asked why he said $150 per hr. And $30 for gas. That's ridiculous! I am a General contractor and am very familiar with pricing and his price is outrageous. It was almost like he just made it up as per customer. I wish I never gave them business. He also did not care that I had spent thousands of dollars there. What this business doesn't understand is that it needs to be more competitive on pricing or else they are going to loose all there customers like me especially now with economy the way it is.

A little short staffed but very hard working people, they do they're best to accommodate they're customers.

Made me go buy a hitch and pretended like they couldn’t rent them out only helpful employee was the British guy will not be coming back

I purchased seven pallets of retaining wall block. The delivery driver, Chris, was excellent. He navigated my gate and bridge like a seasoned pro. He was able to place the block in a great position which I thought would be too narrow for the forklift. He exceeded my expectations.

I stopped by to check out the price of landscape mixes. Juliana was very helpful answering my questions. When I was ready to order, I called it in and had the dirt delivered a few days later. Everyone was very nice. And the mix seems to be very good!

Good place to find different variety of rocks and other materials. The deliveries were spot on every time I had one (even on short notice which is not very usual in the area). In addition, the front ladies were always nice to us. However, the prices are not the most affordable ones in the areas.

Everytime we come here there bulk Side of the business is closed an hour plus before closing time. Kind of ridiculous.

This place has great prices and the employees that run the tractors are very polite and friendly.
It is actually better than any others i have been to.
We were doing a job on MOTHER LODE and it was convenient and i have a dog i brought in and i read the signs not to let my dog out and didn't. Maybe if the other guy that said his dog was attacked would have listened to the rules he wouldn't have had problems! GREAT PLACE

This place is under new ownership. The old owners were always good to work with. Got a 6 bag mux of concrete. By the time got it hope very dry. Added water started pouring. Unit ran out of gas. Gas station 20 min away.
By the time got back concrete hardening busted form. (Not their fault)
Lost 1/3 yard had to use chipping hammer to clean unit out. We brought it back clean after an hour and a half of cleaning.
Their website has posted 180.00 yard 6 bag. They charged 210.00 four hours at 60.00.470.00 for not even full yard. With a unit that wasn't even full of gas.

Mixed the rest with bags and wheel barrow mixed to finish pour.
Never again rude wouldn't even give any.
Sears treated their customers poorly and guess no linger around

Excellent service and a nice selection of stones from Idaho being a concrete contractor for 25 years I love their flagstone more dense than the Arizona slate I've worked with in the past years and the price is excellent. I highly recommend this store

I called Acer Landscape at 12: 15pm, by 4pm material was delivered to my driveway! What a SERVICE! I was amazed!

Great pricing, good selection of material and very helpful staff! Will definitely be returning for all my landscape needs!
