"what is Aces policy for being responsible to provide a good quality and enough hrs services to his clients? " as a parent who fight all the time to get good and enough services for his kid, Im so disappointed!

No make up session. They are on shortstaff. Be prepare they will send you someone with zero knowledge. You will see instead of your kid they will train their new hire just hired couple hours ago for $17/hour.
