I cannot say enough good things about Acevedo Dental Grp. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by incredibly attentive and courteous staff. The clinic has a very comfortable environment, which contrasts sharply with my previous experience, which made me afraid of dentists. Thanks to Acevedo Dental Grp, this fear is now a thing of the past. Their professional approach to treatment is commendable, and their specialists have not only won my trust, but also helped me overcome my fear of dentistry. This is a wonderful place where all the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. This experience motivated me to confidently place my entire family under their care. Acevedo Dental Grp is more than just a clinic; it is a paradise of trust, professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

These people are con artist. Beware. Went in because I saw an ad on the internet for over dentures/snap on dentures that were going for $8,000. I was hoping to get the snap on dentures for my upper gum line. They took some X-rays and did a exam. They asked me what I wanted. I told The woman dentist I was looking for snap on dentures for my top gum line. They came back at me with a plan of their own. They told me that my jaw wouldn't be able to support the snap on dentures because there's not a lot of bone to anchor the screw implants. Yet according to them they wanted me to get permanent dentures that also required screws implants. They said that they could graft my jaw bone to anchor the implants. But I'm like thinking to myself why couldn't they do the same procedure with the snap-on over dentures? I quickly realized why. After the exam and the x-rays I went to the finance office and what should have been an $8,000 snap on dentures special they told me that the permanent dentures, the jaw graft and they also added lower partial dentures for a total price of $38,000. Their plan of their own for my dental work was made by them to get the most money out of me. I did some research and a qualified dentist can do the jaw graft to accommodate the snap-on dentures. And it would be $22,000 lower than $38,000. These people are rip offs. Also they didn't want to give me an itemized estimate of what the charges would be. It was just one flat sum. Besides that I didn't feel comfortable here. Something about the employees especially the dentist seem like they were shady. There was no connection or sincerity. It was all about money. Honestly it was like being at a money hungry vet.

Concerning Experience Witnessed with Acevedo Dental Group.

I am writing on behalf of a friend who had an incredibly disappointing experience with Acevedo Dental Group. The unprofessional and unresponsive manner in which they handled my friend's request to transfer to another dental office is deeply concerning.

Despite my friend's attempts to engage in a productive conversation, Acevedo Dental Group has shown a complete lack of willingness to address their concerns. Furthermore, they continue to deduct money from my friend's account without providing any valid reasons.

Such behavior is unacceptable from a dental office. I would caution anyone considering Acevedo Dental Group for their dental needs to think twice. Their actions reflect poorly on their professionalism, and it's important for others to be aware of the potential difficulties they might encounter as patients there.

The staff is extremely welcoming, kind, helpful, and overall DIVERSE.
The office is very clean, well lit, and comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to anxiety, but they have made me feel at ease.
The environment that staff has created is friendly, and makes you feel like you can be comfortable asking all the uncomfortable questions. They are clear and honest in their evaluations and recommendations.
For my anxiety ridden readers, they don’t make you feel bad for saying NO, it’s NOT awkward. Most importantly I didn’t feel judged, my teeth are not in the best condition and not once did I feel insecure about it when being examined by them.
I came for a check up and left without 3 wisdom teeth, the procedure was painless

Today 5-20-23, I went in hopeful to see if something would be done for my missing tooth. I don't know if it was destiny blessing me, but Dr. Soraya Acevedo was there to assist me with my implant procedure. Every employee in the Montebello location were really nice, helpful, and friendly with attending me this Saturday. I cannot wait to see how I turn out after 6 months!

Was in the clinic for dental treatment. Made a very good impression, everything is clean, tidy. Cost of new equipment. Comfortable lounge, sofa with water cooler.

I'm so traumatized I'm looking for a dentist to help me because at Gentle dental they gave me 6 fillings and I'm in so much pain that I can't even stand drinking water, much less chewing my food and now they don't want to answer me, they say I have nothing and I have a lot pain I feel so bad and looking for a dentist I have so many bad experiences that it makes me think that I will run into the same thing again this is traumatic for me I don't know what to do I think of going to my country better and that they treat me there because I think here They only want your money but your health does not matter to any doctor
