THIS COMPANY USES A BAIT AND SWITCH. INCLUDING RUDY, ESPECIALLY RUDY. SO HERE GOES. THEY AGREE TO BAIL MY SON OUT. THEY SEND ME A CONTRACT VIA EMAIL. I SIGN IT. THEY THEN BILLED THE BAIL TO MY CREDIT CARD, 1000.00. THEN AFTER THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND A SIGNED CONTRACT, THEY THEN WANT THE DEED TO MY HOME! AFTER THEY HAVE MY MONEY! CLAIMING THEIR INSURANCE ADDED THAT REQUIREMENT. WELL HAD I KNOWN THAT THEY WANTED A DEED, THEY NEVER WOULD HAVE HAD MY 1000.00, AS I WOULD NEVER AGREE TO THAT having been told UPFRONT. THEN TO ICE THE CAKE, THEY TELL ME IT'S 2 WEEKS TO GET BACK MY 1000.00. AS SOON AS I GET A DAY OFF, I'M CALLING CONSUMER AFFAIRS, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND THE CALIFORNIA DEPT OF INSURANCE AND MENTIONING RUDY TO THEM ALL, AND WHOEVER OSCAR IS TOO! I THOT U BAIL CROOKS OUT, BUT YOURE THE REAL CROOKS!

These guys are horrible and cruel. I really don't understand how their ratings are so high! Probably paid for their ratings. Anyways I don't normally wrote reviews or anything, but I don't want anyone else to suffer what I went through with these cold hearted animals. I went to the hospital and wasn't able to pay, they sent my bill to collections and increased the amount they said that I owed after already settling for a different amount. They didn't tell me they were going to give it to collections even though they knew I was doing my best and paying what I could. Now I'm fighting to restore my credit which was perfect until these mean people who could care less I was in a hospital sent it off to collections. Don't use this company unless you want a similar experience!

There is not enough words to say how thankful we are to them. For helping my father get out. I cant stress the importance of my dad being released due to his age 80 years old. And sick once they ACME BAIL found out they worked to get him out asap. Less then 24 hours later we had my dad home. Thank with all my heart Rudy.

Less than an hour after receiving my 10% fee, they denied the property as security. 1 month later, still waiting for them to refund my 10%, and have made multiple calls just get run around. This place is sooooo unprofessional! I called asking for information to help my friend get out of jail. The guy proceeds to tell me there's a list of things he needs from me in order to proceed. I say fine and ask what type of information is needed and he tells me to hold on, so I hold on and as I'm waiting he's cursing at another employee because they were using the restroom with the door open and was supposedly stinking up the entire office. Like really!? I didn't care to know any of that and then while I'm listening to all this he decides to hang up on me. Great job Acme Bail Bonds for hiring unprofessional people or I hope that wasn't the owner.
