I have closed many purchases with Stephen and Acra Lending. He and his team and company are awesome. Recently, I submitted a $1,500,000 purchase to him on 12-14 and even with Christmas, the file was clear to close by 12-26 and the closing is 12-29. I am a loan officer who completed a ITIN Bank Statement Loan through Acra 1 month ago. The representative overpromised and under delivered. Their Underwriting process is extremely slow and the conditions are endless. They would underwrite the file, request 10 conditions, re-submit the file with the conditions, and condition 10 more things. This process went on for a month and caused us to close late. The rep had zero urgency (Anna Jensen) and clueless about her own banks process. Do not send a deal here unless you want your relationship with your realtor and client ruined.

I had the pleasure of dealing with David Moc from Arca Lending. I had an unusual property that was rural and a barndominium. It is very hard to find a lender for that kind of property. David tried everything he could to get me the loan. He kept me informed every day, several times per day. Unfortunately Acra wasn't able to process the loan because of the unique property. But David went far out of his way to try to find me a lender that could get this done. In a cut throat business world it's good to know there are kind people like David Moc out there. Acra Lending is lucky to have him. I relied on David for advice with the new lender. He never made a penny off me but was just a text away if i had any questions. I was facing a huge time constraint and without David it would not have gotten done.
Next time I need a mortgage there is only one option for me David Moc from Acra Lending. I'm not big on giving reviews but this guy is one of a kind.
