The technician arrived at the scheduled time. When he tested the alarm, he let me know beforehand that the alarm would go off. I was pleased with the work he did.

Worked for the company about 2 years alot of time and sacrifices was given. A lot of OT if you want it management is Inconsistent with the treatment of employees. Todd Woodburn the Manager is rude and I believe he is a racist told me I was a liability to the company due to a robbery that wasn’t my fault I handle the call to the best of my ability client even told my coworkers I did a good job handling the situation. I was let go because of that he didn’t try to hear my side or anything. The biggest lesson I learned working for ACS is these Companies and corporations do not care about you. They will abuse you if you let them. They will replace you in a heartbeat. PLEASE put your health and wellness before them.

Amazing personalized service. Thank you Rick Navarro for making sure that the security system fully protects our home. I am so glad we went with ACS. Rick has promised us his personalized attention and he delivered it. I am amazed by the level of service we get, we always see the patrol car passing by and one time we accidentally opened the door while the house was armed, an armed guard showed up on our doorstep within a minute. Great security monitoring and patrol company!

The service was very good. The serviceman called to say he was on his way and arrived 15-20 minutes later as scheduled. I gave four stars because I had to wait four days for someone to get here since the problem was not an emergency. I would have preferred someone to come much sooner.

I called ACS to sign me up for monitoring service on Monday afternoon and Wednesday at noon I had it installed. Excellent and efficient. I had called Post initially because it works with my HOA but 7 weeks later they still couldn’t get it together!

The technician knew exactly what the problem was and he identified other issues I was not aware of. He also suggested shortcuts on the keyboard! Mike did a terrific job! Kevin

The hiring manager (Tod Burnwood) was rude & unprofessional during my interview. When I was waiting for my interview I over heard Tod Burnwood making fun of a client. After speaking with the client in regards of a issue. Don't apply here or get Security service from ACS

Our alarm always works properly, If I have any questions ACS is always there to answer and help me. In today's world i wouldn't use any other security company. Thank you, ACS for keeping our family feeling safe.

This business is a bad joke. I recently spent $8,000 to “upgrade” a new system. I am now out of the US and the alarm has been going off literally every day since we have been gone. They could not be bothered to send someone to try to fix it and when they finally did the “it’s all fixed” lasted less than 24 hours. Now I am waiting for them to be in their offices to beg for another appointment. They are great at sales but no nothing about what they selling or installing. The “it’s all fixed” only means that they did not care to make it work. I will say that the patrol and alarm response team are excellent but the fact that they cannot make my system function is a horrible joke and their lack of competence or responsibility is appalling. Not to mention that I have zero security in the meantime.

Reached out to ACS for an alarm quote. Gus and Kenny arrived the next day. After telling them what I wanted, they provided a quote that covered all my concerns. It’s been a smooth process from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Gus, Kenny, and ACS to anyone in need of an alarm.

Horrible patrol experience. This company does not bother to properly train their employees. Instead, they send their patrols out to harass anyone who doesn’t fit the company’s profile/standards of who should live in Bel Air. Please don’t use this company. There are way more affordable companies like ADT for patrol or Simplisafe for just alarms systems. Don’t give your money to a company like this who doesn’t invest in the proper training of their security guards. You may be targeted even if you are two minutes from your own home like my family was.

Ken Cutrer knocked on my door to offer me a security system. Although I am still under contract, I heard his pitch and was very impressed. He was polite, and knew the product very well. When I am done with my contract I will definitely reach out to him. Thanks ACS!

I recently upgraded the security system in my home by adding Patrol. Being a very detailed oriented person I did extensive research and chose ACS. The services offered and services given exceeded other companies. The process of adding this service was seamless with great customer service and patience (again, detail oriented person here asking many, many questions).
At a time when customer service seems to be a challenge for most companies, ACS has created a great customer experience.
They have exceeded my expectations…it’s not often one can say that.
