Scheduled an appointment to get a quote on a new HVAC system. Was given a confirmation for a 30 minute window when someone would arrive. 2 hours later, nobody has shown up, and nobody has called to provide an update/explanation. I tried calling the office but only got an answering service that was not able to provide any information. Wasted a good chunk of my short weekend on this. Very unprofessional.

Tom was very professional and courteous. He did a great job of checking and maintaining my air conditioner and furnace. He covered his shoes each time he came in and out of my unit which was quite a bit. He worked hard and was friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Preston and his team were kind, helpful, proficient, and courteous.
I have 2 daughters and Preston was willing to let me give them some instruction on trades and craftsmanship over his shoulder as he worked. They asked questions like, "Did you have to go to school to learn how to do this? " and "What's it like going into different people's houses? " His answers were positive, and showed my daughters that hard work and a strong work ethic really matter.

I'm pleased with the performance of the new device he and his team installed as well as the follow up customer service to ensure it continues to work as promised.

Christian diagnosed the problem quickly, answered all of our questions and is working on a quick resolution to fix our non-functional thermostat

Amazing! Christian showed up right on time and was very thorough. Took lots of pictures and a video showing me how my systems were performing and even fixed my slow evaporator coils drainage. Had lots of good tips and really took his time. Cant recommend enough

In a day and age where way too many companies practice “non-CustomerService, ” up steps Action Air that does it the old fashioned way. In time, explaining everything every step of the way in language you can relate to and understand. He couldn’t be more caring. Professional doesn’t do it justice! He approached us like we were family.

My grandmother’s A/C went out and we needed to get a repair person out after hours. Christian was fantastic-he was professional, communicative and made the little extra we had to pay for after hours emergency service well worth it.

German was my service technician and he was an honest, skilled and professional tech. He talked me through what was going on and what was wrong, turns out it was my capacitor and it was fixed right away!

The $200 duct clean special would've ended up being close to $1000, so we declined.then action air charged us $34.00 to NOT do the job.

We purchased 2 new slim line a/c units from Action Air in November of 22’. Everything was working fine until recently we had significant noise from on of the pressure lines.

Action Air was responsive to our needs, figured out the issue and corrected it promptly. Very pleased with their Service. Brandon did a fantastic job of taking care of us. Would definitely use them again.

Sam did a nice job of providing maintenance on our air conditioning units. He will schedule another visit when it is warmer to review what might be a micro leak.

I’ve used Action Air many times, once to replace a furnace and have a downstairs AC unit installed. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and explain things in details. I also signed up for a annual checkup on my AC units and furnaces.
I had them back today because my AC thermostat was blinking “cool on” which I thought it meant something was wrong with the unit when all it means is it’s timing out. I wish the girl knew that when I called in because it would’ve saved me $65.
Update: AC still not working correctly, it’s set on 73 and it’s 77 degrees, the unit flashes “cool on” and turns off then after a couple of minutes it turns back on and then back off. This is not normal and I was told it is, I couldn’t get the upstairs to cool down and almost one hour 20 minutes later it still didn’t get down to 73, I couldn’t get it below 77 degrees.
Checkout video and picture to see how this is supposedly normal. This never happened before until I had them in a couple of months ago for a “tuneup. ” They’re sending a “more senior tech” this Monday to take a look but if I want the most senior tech I have to wait till next Friday. Or if I want to pay overtime he can come out sooner.
I’ve changed the amount of stars based on this experience.
Update Monday 7/31: A more senior tech came out today and found out right away what the issue was. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail and fixed the problem. I’m so happy I have consistent AC upstairs now when I want it. I’m changing my review back to 4 starts because these things happen and they’ve always given great service.
