Action Alliance Sober Living, Fullerton CA

Coming from outsider stand point of view I feel like this place deserves 5 stars. I've been working as a counselor in orange county for the past couple of months and they are one of my go to's. Julie who answers the phones and does the census is amazing she works hard and diligently always looking to help and explains the program well enough for people to understand what they will be walking into. This program offers people an opportunity to get a job while having some where to stay and paying on a week to week basis. I've sent a good deal of people there and not everyone makes, however there has been a good deal of them who have succeeded. Ultimately its what the person going in decides to make of it. I for one am grateful for what they do. Also if you go in looking at the negative that's what you'll get (perspective). Every sober living has its downfalls I've lived in them and I've ran one (not everyone will be happy) again it's perspective.

The women who answers the phone is careless she is rude

I did not even finish asking my questions and she offensively and carelessly and on purpose hung up on me
I called again and was able to ask my question but she carelessly hung up on me again so rude Lord help her be more understanding Jesus have Mercy
Many who call need a helpful, comprehensive, and understanding person most of us are first timers

If on the phone they not respect-full what can you imagine living there.

I stayed at one of their homes fo 1 night.the residence. The restrooms were filthy.that was the reason for me staying only 1 night

The house manager at agate was horrible he should be fired I had to move out
