We got a good education about new washers federal specifications regarding wash water levels. The salesman was very honest and knowledgeable about quality dryers. If you're buying appliances and you're looking for good hometown honest salesmanship, buy from Action. We bought our washer and dryer at Action several years ago. It was good business then and is still good business today.

I love Action appliance! I have been using them for over 20 years. Michael is always very responsive and is able to take care of my needs quickly! I called yesterday and his technician, Nick, came out today to fix my dryer already! Nick (who was super friendly!) fixed it in a matter of minutes and now I’m back in business! Their prices are amazing and their service is exceptional! I will never use another Appliance company!

The worst experience the worst company ever, I paid 4,500 for my lg refrigerator about 4 years ago, So, I had a warranty for my fridge but this company was not gonna grant it because I need a receipt which I had but, I just had to search in my email, my husband told them if they could just fix it and will email the receipt as soon as my wife gets off work, but nope they were not gonna fix it, now the manager is the worst person in there accusing me a liar that why do I keep saying Samsung brand so I said I apologize, its an LG, and then he goes, you just said Samsung, so mind this I have not have a fridge for 4 days and this manager giving me such an awful service. I dont know what it is I felt like a was racially profiled by this company. If I could give zero star I would. This is the worst experience I ever had. So I end up calling another appliances repair company and they fix 3 problems in my lg and I paid Zero dollars and they were so nice, please call tims appliances they were professional and kind and understanding and they were mask when coming into your house not this rude people Action appliances? Lol action to no to service. The manager needs to go back to training, he needs to work on Culture and diversity and politeness. He was just terribly not good.

I was very impressed at how fast I got an appointment to check out the problem with my washer. They received the parts I needed and had it up and running in just a week. Thank you to Michael and Andrew for their great customer service and timely repair!

Disappointed, sales lady kept pushing higher priced items. And she said that they did not have dent/scratched models. They do have. If it was not due to her attitude I would have bought a microwave, a dryer, & a refrigerator.

I have to give Action Appliance 5 stars without hesitation! I called this morning because my refrigerator was not cooling when I got home from work yesterday. They squeezed me in today and then said my compressor went out. It is under warranty but I couldn’t get an appointment for the warranty until September 15…and that’s just for the inspection! I called Action back and spoke to Lindsay…she was able to get me scheduled for this afternoon and now I have a working refrigerator again! Andrew was a great tech…very informative and helpful. I can’t thank you enough!

If I could give "Lack of Action" a negative score it would be in the double digits!
Why so hostile? In one word, Michelle.thee absolute most rude, vulgar and discourteous individual I have ever had the displeasure of meeting!
If there is anything that the management/ proprietor of this store could do to improve customer satisfaction, they should invest heavily into training for their sales staff.
Bad mouthing competitor brands with blanket statements is the first indication of a poorly trained salesperson. Having someone try to finish my sentences with what they think I want to hear is absolutely annoying. HAVING THE SALESPERSON OPENLY MOCK ME AND MY WIFE ON THE SALES FLOOR WHILE USING F-BOMBS LIKE A DRUNK IS BEYOND THE POINT I CAN PERSONALLY HANDLE!
I've bought appliances and parts from the team at Action Appliance in the past without complaints.
I cannot say that I will ever patron them again.

Total Rip Off!
Don’t Use this Company! A technician came out to my home spent 10 minutes try to diagnose the problem and basically told me he could not read the label to order parts and charged me a $199.00 service call fee?

It is sad when ownership creates policies that are anti-customer service. A case in point was my unfortunate experience at the Maytag store on Ynez. My washer had a defective lid interlock switch that prevented the rinse and spin. I needed the part immediately. I went to Maytag and purchased the switch for $32.00, very pricy, but needed part like NOW. The store policy is all parts sales are final and a reminder to diagnose the issue needing to be fixed carefully. It makes sense since who wants to have open returns. I returned home and was immediately convinced by my wife that it was time to get a new washer and drier. THIS IS WHERE THE FUN STARTS. I went back to Maytag with the part in its unopened packaging. The clerk said, "I can't refund your money. I said, "You mean you won't". Uh, Oh.not good. The clerk said she would call her management. Of course, management said the policy stands, despite being returned on that day, unopened and ready to be placed back into inventory. The clerk got triggered and accused me of threatening Maytag with a bad review. Ya think. Here's a tip for the owner to prevent this from happening again. "Thou shall not return any part if the original package has been opened". Based on the eventual attitude of the clerk and the final decision of management, I would avoid this company and seek products and services elsewhere. Very, very, pricy,

Bought a really nice refrigerator from here about 5 days ago. Robert was the delivery specialist and was super professional, respectful of my house and efficient. He hooked up the refrigerator and then tested it for serviceability. I would recommend this store to anyone and would by name request Robert as the delivery specialist.

Bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator from Action Maytag Appliance and extrememly happy with it, and also the excellent customer service we received. Sales associate Michelle was very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and the sale was quick, easy and better priced than the big box stores. Robert was our delivery guy and he removed our old refrigerator and hooked up the new one, being very careful and respectful of our home and was also very helpful with any questions we had. I was referred to this store from a friend who raved about Action Appliance and so happy we bought from them. I would rather give my business to this awesome small business that really cares about their customers and goes out of their way to please you, than with the large retail stores that are only concerned with profit. I plan to buy all my appliances from them. Thanks guys, you're the best!

Always start here when we buy appliances. The dent and scratch basement is our jam! Found what we wanted, in and out with delivery set up for 4 days from now. Give them a shot before going big box!

I called to inquire about a part for my washer that cost $150.00. I spoke with Colby and he told me to come in and he would test my part to make sure. Part tested fine and he gave me other advise as to what the problem might be. Very honest and super nice guy! He could of just sold me the part “I said I needed”and send me on my way. Quality people for sure!
