Action Property Management has managed my property in the DTLA for over 15 yrs. As a homeowner here since 2012, need I say more? What has been good has been made great with the addition of General Manager, Erika Kwak.
Erika Kwak provides above and beyond service to be a difference-maker. And, at a particularly sensitive time and when needed most. With the whole building renovations happened this year and the safety concerns in DTLA, Erika was on top of it every step of the way. And, not just a checking the box, Erika truly cares about the residents and understands the importance of top-notch service that leads to loyalty.
