Excellent rental equipment place. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Good decent prices. Very good and well kept equipment.

Not very professional.equipment is not checked prior to being loaned/rented. No checklist to go through with customer. I rented a car trailer that had a missing ramp. I did not notice until it was time to unload the vehicle, the vehicle was loaded on by a forklift at the auto auction. I called to get help from the business and they kept implementing that it was lost on the trip to pick up the vehicle, I kept telling her everything else there except for the ramp.

Knowledgeable staff. Awesome customer service. Good prices. I ve lived on Lemon Hill for over 40 years and Action rentals is the only place i would ever recommend.

Awesome friendly staff with good working clean machines and tools. Fair pricing. I will be renting from Action Rentals again when the time and situation arises.

Great service fast and friendly. Was able to provide tables and chairs for my daughter in loves and sons baby shower only a couple days before. I will be returning.

Action Rentals will accommodate your needs, just rented a rototiller and their prices were better than Home Depot and others. For 24 hrs. $80 bucks went along way, job completed yes!

Great place to rent from. They load your equipment fast and safely. There rentals are new and I never had a problem with them on the job site. The staff at the register can seem mad sometimes. Expect additional fees when returning equipment.

I had a very bad experience here. I rented a smaller bobcat, I believe 36" bucket. The women at the desk told me that the it would would work just fine. I even asked one of the guys helping my load the trailer if it would at least pull through small roots and he said it would. It would not even pull through 1/2 ich roots. I already tilled the soil in my front yard so it was originally nice and powder like. I used it for about 20 minutes before I realized it was not powerful enough to even lift a full bucket of soil. I called and got nothing but attitude from the supervisor. They sent the mechanic to my house and he also could not grab a full bucket because of the lack of power. When I expressed all of this when returning it, the same women I rented it from had little to say and offered nothing. I paid full price and only used the machine for about 3 out of 8 hours. The lady also offered me an adaptor for the trailer which I realised later she charged me for without even telling me the price. Had I known better, I would have gotten a more powerful machine or went elswhere. Everyone I spoke to told me it would work just fine.
